Terrible Stay

The property is well-maintained with excellent food and a superb location offering a beautiful view of Kanchenjunga. However, the approach road is in very poor condition, which can make access a bit difficult. The reception staff, particularly Mr. Jennesh, was quite arrogant and uncooperative, which was disappointing given the overall quality of the property.

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and totally loved the stay. The rooms, arrangements and hotel was really neat and clean and had good amenities even if you had to spend the day at the hotel. The restaurant was vegetarian which was a small let down. But overall loved the experience, wished the approach road was a bit better. The hotel rooms offer a great view of the Kanchenjuga from its room and we were grateful to have caught the golden hour view of the mountians.

Good Stay

The property is located a little away from the main hub but it is in a peaceful and serene area. It is their newest property with modern facilities but their only drawback is their bathroom design which has no fixtures to hang clothes. However their food quality is great although veg. Could have seen the Kanchenjunga view from this place easily, had there been no mist and fog.
