Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling

We have stayed in the attic room for 04 days. The resort and the it's interio are just beautiful. The attic room is the best they have as you have the the privilege to witness the exquisite beauty of kanchenjunga from there. The room service was really good; they have maintained proper hygiene and sanitization of rooms. The dining room is also very good, however the chairs and sofas of the dining hall are a bit dirty. The food provided there and it's quality is very good ( they only provide vegetarian food. The foods are so good that you wouldn't crave for non-veg. Usually they provide buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner, but since we were there in time of covid 19 pandemic, ther crowd was less and we are provided with ala carte. They also provide room heater on need. If you visit pelling, i would recommend you must stay in this resort. And i also recommend that you should prebook your breakfast and dinner.

The rooms are quite spacious and good! if possible book the kanchenjunga mountain view facing room as you get to see the beautiful mountain range from the balcony. The location is good. Kindly note this Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling serves pure vegetarian food and the its okay. They should improve the food variety and the taste. Complementary breakfast served was of great variety but the taste was missing. Overall the Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling room and the staff is all good. It’s just the issue about the food. Rest all is good! enjoy the kanchenjunga view from the balcony with a nice hot cup of tea or any of your favorite beverage.

Food was good except for some breakfast items (south indian items. Clean and modern decor. Location a bit confusing for drivers as there are more than one udaan Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pellings. Bathrooms are clean and spacious. Tv with tata sky, but no sports (ipl) channel. We got the basement room. Polite and friendly staff. Seemingly only one credit card machine which didn’t work. I had to pay using phonepe. Same thing happened at my Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling in gangtok. Is this a trick to avoid cc fees? also, the salamander (grilling machine) was not working. However, i wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights in attic room. Undoubtedly it is a great property. Just remove the curtains and you can see mt. Kanchenjunga if the weather is clear. Only pain points are housekeeping and taste of food. Headrest of bed and curtains were dirty. Spiderweb could be easily seen. Regarding food this is a pure veg Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling which is a plus but taste was really bad. Overall an excellent property if you can manage food. Also it is in lower pelling and approx 2. 5 km from main market and there are no shops around

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling. The service and facilities were top notch. The rooms were warm and cozy, with immaculately clean toilets, the staffs were courteous and cooperative which made our stay not only comfortable but memorable. We should also mention about there yummilicious food which were so good that even a hardcore non-vegetarian like me is forced to praise their vegetarian food especially their sweet corn soup desserts (gulab jamun). I would definitely like to go there again.

Location was good. Most tourists stay at upper pelling and this one is located a little outside (10 minutes) the tourist centre. However, you will need a car anyway so this isn't a big problem. Try to take a room with the balcony facing west. Might be a little expensive but nothing beats the view of kenchanjunga from your room in the morning. We were there in the peak monsoon season but were lucky to catch the glimpse of the mountains in the morning. Restaurant is great. Pure veg. Excellent service. Overall, a great experience.

Although the property is in the interior of Pelling, this Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling is amazing.Tastefully decorated rooms, awesome service and very well behaved staff. The food is highlight of this place. Breakfast and dinner was tasty and fresh and also the desserts. Although confirm the view from the rooms before booking, had booked two attic rooms but it didn’t had the view of the valley. Washrooms were clean and toiletries were provided even the comb and dental kit, overall an awesome stay and amazing experience.

We occupied two premium rooms, one of it had some view while the kanchenjunga view facing room guarantee comes only with attic rooms. For the two premium rooms that have view, you should be allocated a room on that one particular side. Our wasn't. But service of Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling staff was very good. I would like to thank Neha and Pangang for making up to us. Food is tasty and reasonable. Breakfast is really good compared to other places in that area. Location is 2 km far from the main city.

Best ever place to stay. People should definitely go for the attic room with the mountain view. You get to wake up to the Kanchenjunga at your window. Staff was very cordial especially Dheep. It has a pure veg restaurant attached and the food was great. Portion sizes should be informed prior. The amenities were a class apart and cleanliness adorable.

It’s located in between upper and lower pelling, the attic valley view room is the best one to catch a glimpse of the kanchenjunga range. It’s a completely veg Udaan Olive Hotel & Spa, Pelling, but the food was mesmerising. Overall a great experience.
