I booked this for 4 nights & 5 days. Day 1 - Given a wrong room, manager kept on saying will change it. but alloted the correct room on Day 2. Day 2 - No AC remote available, Had to sleep without AC. No Towels available for whole day, got Towel on Day 3. Day 3 - Electricity went off in the night at 3:30 AM, no power back up available. Day 4 - Had to check out 1 day before due to continue issues at the hotel and no support from the staff. For all the issues the manager/owner had only 1 response, I can't do anything.

The hotel exceeded expectations with its impeccable service, spotless rooms, and convenient location. Many places are just at walking distance like Jagdish temple, City palace, Lake Pichola and Bagore ki Haveli. Staff were friendly and attentive, making check-in seamless. Comfortable beds and clear washroom ensured a relaxing stay. Highly recommended for both business, family, group and solo traveler’s seeking quality and value.

Pros 1.Neat room 2.Washroom was ok 3.friendly staff 4.City view is next level. Cons 1.Entrance was very shady 2.cant find staff in reception most of the times 3.food is not that good and serving is very very slow 4.lift was auto closing without detecting if person is in b/w the doors or not.(no sensor)
