room very congested but staff is polite friendly. location perfect for stay

The overall experience was good although mine was a short stay. 1. The location is good - well connected to all the major landmarks of the city. 2. The rooms are well maintained. A couple of areas of improvement - 1. A bottle or jug of water should be provided to all guests. I felt this is a basic facility the hotel should offer, without the guests having to ask for it. 2. The mobile network is very weak in the rooms - probably something that the hotel authorities should work on. Overall, my requirement was met so I give a 4 on 5.

Miniature room, No towels, no doormats... charged 500 for extra bed inspite of mmt booking mentioning that... no receipt given

The rooms are clean and hygienic. The behaviour of the staff is good and coming to amenities breakfast is good, ground floor mobile network is not good, WiFi is good.

Very bad experience, not worth the amount paid, no proper facilities as claimed, no storage spaces/tables, TV is useless, air conditioning is not good, linen is dirty, access to hotel is awful, slushy road In all, this place is avoidable

Horrible place to stay, nothing was provided as promised like newspaper, water bottle, the bed linen was dirty, in spite of asking for replacement, they provided stained dirty linen, air conditioning was not good, lots of mosquitos and no repellent was provided. The approach to the hotel is awful, lots of slush, no light during the night Very bad experience, not upto the mark, no proper storage space, TV not working properly, air conditioning was not good, linen was dirty, mosquito menace

Stay was really great. It was well maintained and very clean room. Room service was also good. Very polite receptionist.

Price was slightly higher and that disappointed me. Room was very small, but very clean at the time of checked in. My stay was for 2 night. Second day they did not cleaned the room, not changed the towel. Only 1 soap was given. Tv was not on and they did not recharged setup box.

Checkout timing is 9am thats the worst part about this hotel. I don’t think any other hotel has check out at 9am. Pathetic

Location is good, ample parking but not properly lit, room size okay. But bedsheets were dirty and tourn. Towels were very old. When requested all were changed immediately.

There seepage smell all over the hotel. The bathroom are so small that one cannot sit n take bath as the pot is very close. Bathroom was very disgusting. The room was so small with poor ventilation

Okayish experience. The blanket were giving foul smell the ceiling fans height was a bit low and i am a tall guy so my thumb got it in the fan i got a cut.

Very clean. The staff is supportive. Near the railway station & central bus stand. Hot water available 24 hours

It was a quick stay. I went for a devotional trip. The stay was very pleasant and the rooms were clean. 24*7 hot water

No problems. Clean spacious but average getup. Approach to hotel from main rd is muddy - suitcase won't roll! bath room no soap holder, no toilet roll! staff pleasant.

Rooms are clean and well maintained. Staff is super helpful and courteous. I always stay there while travelling.
