Udman Hotel, Chhattarpur

I booked the room for myself alone without breakfast and it was a fair deal considering the season and the amount of amenities they had in the room. The room is very well designed although it is a bit small. Bed too is only good enough for a couple, a child might not fit in comfortably for sure. Overall, I will say that they have parking space, good room, easy to find location, not too expensive food menu but my overall experience got sour by an overflowing flush. Since the weather had changed and I didn't have the ac on, the water was making lot of noise especially when I was trying to sleep at night. Prior to that, on 2 different instances, the plumbers came but couldn't fix the issue. One of them said that I can change my room if the noise is becoming very uncomfortable for you, it was an evening time then and seriously, it didn't sound as if it was making lot of noise but at night, when there was a pin drop silence, the noise became louder. At 3 am, after 2 hours of trying to sleep, when I couldn't sleep, eventually I decided to change my room and for that at 3 am, I called the reception several times but no one responded. I became very upset and packed my bags and carried it by myself to the reception area where I saw the receptionist sleeping. I simply handed over the keys and told him that I am leaving as you people could not fix the water overflowing issue. I left the Udman Hotel, Chhattarpur at 6 am and eventually came home to get some sleep. On raising the issue, they were gracious enough to return the amount back although I wanted the full refund of the tariff. So this was my mix experience. Good things were, they had, tea maker, mini fridge, work desk etc but their maintenance team need to be more particular about their job. If they have a room with a faulty flush, don't give it to anybody until they get the issue fixed. Thanks.

I stayed overnight at this Udman Hotel, Chhattarpur, the property was unexpectedly big with ample parking space and open outdoors. Situated bang on the main Road, it had great visibility and approach. The room in which I stayed was quite appropriate for a Solo traveller or a couple. Comfortable and clean, not much to ask for. Bathroom and shower had all the basic amenities and was very clean and spacious. The staff did nit engage much with me although, but they were co-operating and helpful. Overall the atmosphere was positive and stay was comfortable.

Rooms size is small and amenities are average when it comes to price range. The food taste good however it was served cold in the room. It happened twice, that they forgot a few items from the order and then it took more time to come. So the hassle of repeating what is been ordered n then waiting for it to arrive was very irritating. The good thing about property is that its newly renovated so its clean and hygienic. Didn't really like the room space as far as price is concerned.

The google location of this property sent by mm t to me on my whatsapp is horribly wrong. The provided location by mm t stops at-least 3 to 4 km before property. This is ridiculous, i was searching for this Udman Hotel, Chhattarpur at midnight 1. 30 am, there was no one on the roads to guide. Thankfully my taxi driver connected to his driver friends and dropped me at Udman Hotel, Chhattarpur midnight. Please set right google location at mm t

Right from the pricing to location to staff to cleanliness and hospitality, udman never disappoints you. I'm now a regular guest here. Manager eshwar was very kind enough for the warm welcome and gave an upgrade too. Highly recommended for business travellers. You just don't have to worry about anything as they take care of all the requests and are very cooperative.

Room was clean and tidy, friendly staff and good ambiance. With good food as well. Food was delicious and delivered in time no delay was observed. Plenty of water bottles were provided complimentary with tea making kit however kettle was not used but yes at-least they are providing useful amenities. Room lighting was good.

This property offers safer and comfortable stay. Consider if you’re looking budget stay. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and lighting is perfect. Food provided was something which you can order. Overall nice and comfortable stay and property is located on main road along with greenery surrounded to its location.

I really felt the good vibe as i enter the Udman Hotel, Chhattarpur. It was clean, classy and the staff was good. The rooms were not less than a 5 star rooms. They were clean & interior is so nice. But one suggestion i wanna give is that they can add more options in their breakfast buffet.

The check in process was completed in just 2mins. The room were really clean and safe.

Fast check-in, front desk was experienced and courteous. Clean rooms and bathroom, easily reachable via google maps, though the house keeping staff needs to be trained for guest interaction.

The property is beautifully designed and well maintained, location is fantastic and food is just amazing good for family, friends and couples highly recommended

Udman serves you with good hospitality and hassle free check in and check out benifits. The rooms are clean. Staff is good. Property is very much reachable because it is situated at the main road. Parling is also available. Room service are very prompt.
