Udman Hotel, Haridwar

I had a good experience at udman. The Udman Hotel, Haridwar is located right off the highway near the famous pawan dham. The room was neat and clean. But the view from room is not great. I took the dinner and breakfast. The food was good and could have been better. They have both buffet an a al cate option. The buffet is very reasonably priced. You will get only vegetarian options. There is ample parking in and around Udman Hotel, Haridwar. You can reach har-ki-pauri from here in 10-15 min via e-rickshaw. The Udman Hotel, Haridwar staffs are very well-mannered, and the service was good.

Stay was comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful. General food quality good. Lunch/dinner preparations better than breakfast. A scope to improve breakfast preparations/ add some variations on day to day basis. We did find problem in getting running hot water, some times in the morning time and always in the evening time. This aspect needs improvement. Location is little outside, one way good it is not crowded outside but away from market and happening area of hari ki pauri so difficult to get any items in vicinity.

Great staff and great hospitality. They made sure to not say no to anything and were so polite and proactive is helping make our stay comfortable and smooth. Though the property is little old, still maintained neat and well. 5 mins from hear ki pauri so good location too at such a reasonable price. Breakfast was also good and everything was reasonably priced.

Rooms were neat and clean. Took dinner buffet which was reasonably priced and was great in preparation. There is ample parking in and around Udman Hotel, Haridwar.

Location of the Udman Hotel, Haridwar is good. You can get auto from outside of Udman Hotel, Haridwar to reach hear ki paudi. Rooms are big. Bathrooms need little work. Food is also good. Support staff responds quickly. Overall good Udman Hotel, Haridwar

Hotel staff and restaurant folks were quite welcoming. Interacted with reception person dhananjay, he was very cordial. Food was delicious, chef, rest o staff were friendly and helpful. Great stay for family and individual as well. Cheers to fernsnpetal

Comfortable stay. Good courteous staff. We checked in at odd hours but staff was helpful and prepared. Dinner was tasty. Cabs aren't easy to get in haridwar but rickshaw is plenty. 10 mon to hear ki pauri by auto rickshaw or 20 min by walk.

Stay was nice & comfortable. But one thing i would like to tell you that there was totally no celebration on 31st dc 2023 to welcome new year 2024. We all feel very bad. Our feelings to enjoy, celebtrate & welcome new year was spoiled.

Awesome rooms, too helpful staff, best reachable location from the main - nh. Food is good, has enough space for car parking.

Only problem was in toilet. Few toilet attachments were broken not working. Toilet accessories replacement required.

Room was very clean and staff was very polite and ready to serve promptly. Food quality was excellent but wi-fi networks needs to be improved a lot otherwise guest who came for long stay will face problem. Thanks

Booked 3 rooms, god upgrade on check in. Location is good as located in rishikesh road. Food is delicious. Staff is very cooperative. Little more cleanliness need to b done.
