I recently had the pleasure of staying at the UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi uk 27 the fern located in the heart of the city, and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and the stunning views offered by the rooms. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with every request attended to promptly and with a smile. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious food served at the UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi's restaurant. The variety of options available, combined with the high quality of ingredients used, made every meal a delight. Additionally, the bathrooms were not only sparkling clean but also well-maintained throughout my entire stay. Overall, i found the experience to be worth every penny spent. The UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi truly offers a top-notch experience, combining luxurious accommodations with excellent service and amenities. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in the city.

Stayed for 2 days with two kids at the premium studio room. Excellent room undoubtedly. Was huge given our requirement for a bathtub and a kitchen. Very modern & seems upgraded or new. The UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi is neat & clean and among the only two five star UK 27, The Fern, Belagavis in belagavi. We had opted for this one instead of the mariott since the latter is outside the city. Fern is bang in the middle of an active market street. Name the brand and it is right next to you. Very good location. Hotel also seems to be popular among celebs and politicians. I would say its more towards a very good 4 star UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi than 5 star. The pools services were closed so cant comment. So nothing much for kids to do. Food & services were good. Breakfast spread is okay not great. Staff is extremely accommodative & swift. Definitely our only choice when we revisit belgaum. Overall fantastic property.

The overall stay was excellent. The staff are courteous and polite and very helpful. The UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi is strategically located in the heart of the city and within 20 - 22 minutes driving distance from the airport. The rooms are spacious and spot on clean. The maintenance of the amenities of the UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi deserves a mention here. As someone who travels a lot for work and pleasure, this UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi would be a definite recommendation. The food is overall good although i found the ala carte menu items better than the breakfast buffet. But again no complaints since the cleanliness and hospitality are far more superior and few food lackings. As for me i would be sure to find out their other properties to explore in the near future.

The UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi is state of art we had booked for a weekend however my parents and me were in for a shock that we got out rooms on 8 and 7 floor and there is a club on the 9 floor whicj despite several requests did not stop playing loud music till 1 am and we finally got sleep post that. We had to go to the reception since despite several calls the music did not stop or even lover the volume. However the UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi due to the same gave us a late checkout the next day.

This UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi is an example of and extremely well maintained place and luxurious facilities. Cant stop mentioning about its state of art amenities, food and services. The breakfast and lunch buffet is unlimited and wont be enough time or appetite to try everything. Each room has highest quality products that have been used. The water is treated clean and soft with a pressure pump. Its an experience that you wont forget. Just keep good budget and deep pockets )

Location, Food, Hygiene, safety standard are good and maintained. This is my third stay in the UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi. Some basic things are required such as hooks in bathroom and toilet for hanging clothes. Toothpicks May be added in toiletries kit. Food pricing is very much at higher side. But in some items it is expected to keep at lower side like tea, coffee, water bottle. Extra water bottle is charged @ ₹. 110 having MRP of ₹. 20.

Excellent stay. My stay at uk 27, the fern belgaum was amazing. The property was very neat and clean. The staff were extremely polite and caring. Also, the breakfast was great! arrived immediately after the wedding it was an exhausting week so the room was perfect to reset and recharge for the following events. Highly recommend, it was a comfortable luxurious experience for me and my wife. Go ahead without a doubt. Thankyou team

The room was well-maintained. Frequent cleaning of room and common areas, the food offered was delicious and varied, the staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions however, one area for improvement could be the early check-in process, which seemed a bit slow and could be streamlined for efficiency. Overall, the stay was worthy of recommendation.

The experience was of a day but it was really good and relaxing, the taste of food is ok, but the rooms and the service was really good. Had some great masala tea which came with a cookie jar. Great for a staycation.

I never expected a small city like belgaum will have a such a wonderful UK 27, The Fern, Belagavi. Rooms are big and clean. Food is fantastic. Staffs are friendly and efficient. On the whole we had a dreamy experience which we will cherish through out our life. All the best
