Considering the price, I was skeptical of going here but as soon as I arrived I got to know that the owner (Old retired Uncle) himself lives and operates the place. The place is cleaned daily and everything is properly maintained thanks to the owner himself living there. 11:30 PM is lights out and everyone is asked to use headphones and create no noise. RO water is also provided. Unfortunately there is no AC in the room. Plug point is available for every bed. Blankets are not provided. Lastly, There are around 8 common toilets which are in good condition. Owner is good. Uncle however isn't tech savy and maintains a physical book for record keeping. Sometimes if u book online, there might not be any beds available. So call before u book.

The property owner and also the staff behaviour was terrible and the other facilities like toilets were dirty even jet spray wasn't working properly and they dont even change bedsheets on the bed very bad experience

Place is worth for its price. If you book in person its only 250 bucks with 50 advance, so better book in person only. This is a PG so there are not much you can expect. Small washrooms with only cold water, extra 100rs for a locker, small rooms and mostly room will be next to the main road so expect traffic noise all night.

Travel experience good and it is memorable

Considered the price this is best value place! gods location, super clean and the receptionist was kind and helpful!

The team tried to charge extra, they created big confusion intentionally, need to be cleaned, very dury bath rooms and bedding

Rooms were not clean, full of dust and spider web, bathrooms were dirty, no hot water.

The hotel was very terrible and yes there was timing restrictions after 11pm. Washrooms and toilets weren't clean. The management was very poor and the manager was not listening to our opinions. It was the worst trip ever due to the inconvenience in the stay.

We are forced to checkout before scheduled check out time. Hotel staff was very rude and arrogant. Make my trip please take some action on these hotels, so that customer would not be harassed by these people.

Location is good but noisy as it is in the busy road as city bus stop and ksrtc bus stop is beside it. Bathroom and toilets are limited (some of them are locked. Seat if a comod of one toilet was uneven

for bachelor group or single person it is good choice in a very cheap price and one thing it is only for males our group had a pleasant stay

It's okay for getting freshen up. But not stay. Place was not clean don't think people can stay overnight..
