Umed Bhawan Palace

This is a heritage Umed Bhawan Palace available at an unbelievable price. They upgraded the room to a suite as they have total of 32 rooms out of which 16 are suite rooms, I enjoyed the silence broken only by peacock calls, I was told that there are deer s also as this property is right in the City surrounded by 200 acres of reserve forest. The rooms are huge requiring 2 ac's with a proper sitting and dining set! Mr Sharma the GM is pleasure to interact with and can suggest places to See. I went to Badoli temples they are awesome. If you love solitude, wild life, history and need some pampering, this is the place. Heard it is getting renovated next year, I had no problems with existing amenities. Recommend for family with kids 2-3 days break, take some read, kids will be busy running around and discovering the Palace.

Mr. Shakti singh has been outstanding support for check-in checkout and making sure to provide us the palace tour at our convenient time. Mr. Shakti had been very patient with all the queries related to sightseeing and possession indeed good knowledge about it. He is polite and certainly an asset for the palace. The royal collection and the palace is beautiful and worth the experience. The restaurant food and service is good. The rooms are specious and comfortable to provide the royal experience. Staff is curtious and supportive. Surely a palace stay not to be missed when around kota.

Total regal experience. It is a lavish well laid our property, with large lawn, an antelope that roams around besides peacocks. Moving through the property is like being in a museum - the reception, the restaurants, the bar. The breakfast was fabulous with great service as well. The room was huge. The downside, and a big one, was the lack of windows of any type in the room. I dislike being imprisoned inside the room and love a good view. I can always put the curtains if i don't need it. But this room had totally no view outside except at the back from our dress which too was very limited.

This place is like a hidden gem. Located in between forests, you can spot some wildlife too. Staff is very humble and sweet specially parmanandji and rishabh. Rishabh gave me a tour to this property, told me all about the property, clicked my pictures, showed me the extraordinary billiard room (must see and play. Winters is the best time to visit this place. You can spot peacocks on the terrace. This place has a calm, serene and nostalgic feeling to it. Definitely visiting again.

Great location. Well maintained spacious rooms. Beautiful surroundings with peaceful atmosphere. Every department was at their best be it front desk, housekeeping, room service and restaurant. Food was delicious. This is palace of Maharajas converted into heritage Umed Bhawan Palace. You will feel like you have revisited that era of Maharajas again. They will treat you like royal guests. Don't miss the chance of enjoying their hospitality. Highly recommended.

Pros: - Good property: “palace” experience. - Well spread out: surrounded by a lot of trees and greenery full of peacocks etc. - extremely humble and supportive staff: can’t complaint at all, super nice. Cons- - Just too many monkeys (and pigs and dogs) on the approach road. Can’t leave the Umed Bhawan Palace reception area on foot and walk up to the road, especially if travelling with kids. - Food is nice but extremely overpriced.

If you are going to kota, you must stay here. It is a palace converted into an Umed Bhawan Palace and i must tell it is a marvelous place to stay. The palace makes you feel like a king and remind you of the glorious and luxurious past we had. The service and hospitality is top notch and the food is also fine. Overall an amazing palace at affordable price.

The Umed Bhawan Palace is surrounded by natural beauty and the National birds presence is in abundance. The reception staffs are polite and respectful. The ambience of Umed Bhawan Palace room and restaurants is amazing. Food served in the restaurant is delicious and mouthwatering. One can have the feeling of royal Kingdom here.

This was a 3 night stay in the property, it was a very good experience, it was reimbursement of last stay 's inconvenience. Food is good but some more expensive, staff is so good, property is safe for all types of travelers.

Ours was a business trip, so we were not very much concerned about the ambience of the property. However, we had a pleasant surprise as the property is away from the hustle and bustle of kota city. Rooms are very spacious, the service staff was extra polite and courteous and the breakfast had a sumptuous spread.

Nice well maintained Fort with Big royal rooms , Royal big beds n big washrooms. Dinner n Bfast very good with bonfire n service by well dressed workers. Nice checkin in n cool checkout .

Location is good, food taste also good but breakfast range is very small, behavior of staff is good room's size is very good.
Breakfast is not according the group, a very small range of breakfast, rest that all is good.

The Umed Bhawan Palace is housed in a Palace property, located in dense green cover all Around, it is actually in the heart of City. Very well appointed rooms, personalised kind of service, the courteous staff are an assurance of awesome experience of guests.
