Intercom not working. No one responded to room service calls. Did not receive a simple order for 2 coffees as the manager forgot to serve the order. Dinner order was not taken even after calling their helpline nos.

well n gd stay , very good cooperation staff and behaviour also, food quality good taste. overall good stay Terrible stay at grey castle hotel at haridwar, not recommended to other, very older property, washroom basin tap are broken, very derty room, cockroach are every where in the room. Totally unexpected. Managers are nothing reply for this. Not recommended to others

I have booked this hotel due to two reasons. 1) Near to Railway station 2) Good rating Based on one day stay, below is feedback Good 1) Room was clean 2) Size was adequate 3) Bathroom was also very good. 4) Frequent power outage in haridwar, but genset quickly restarts Need to improve 1) Intercome was not working. When I called on reception from my mobile then complimantey water bottle was dropped quite late. 2) Napkins were missing in bathroom 3) Ac was working but due to window AC, lot of noise. 4) Fan was working but regulator was having issue so either full or stop. Still in 1600/- rs, AC room is good and value for money. If these issues are resolved then highly recommend.

There were rats in the hotel and even they came on the bed while I was asleep I was scared whole night and wasn’t able to sleep well, very terrible and scary plus unhygienic experience
