Property's location is extremely suitable for the IT employees of Hyderabad, as it's near Gachibowli. The complimentary breakfast provided by the hotel was decent, and the dishes was edible. Although, hygiene is something they can work on, when it comes to the kitchen. The hotel has decent amenities, inclusive of wifi, hot water, laundry, etc. It was a pleasant stay for me and my colleague.

Great location, reasonable price and good service. I stayed there for 1 week.. rooms were clean and property is nicely maintained. Breakfast had limited options as they don’t have kitchen but it is fine with this price range. They also provided kitchen setup at deluxe room, it helped me a lot to feed my kid.

My stay at Unique home stays was quite decent. All the facilities were available. The staff was courteous. It would have been really awesome if the bathroom was well maintained in the room I was staying. But everything considered my stay was pleasant.

Excellent Stay

Unique homestays is perfect for family stay. It is easily accessible. Reception response is immediate. I stayed there with my father, sister and two kids. It was overall a nice experience. Breakfast is also yummy and fresh.
