UNIVERSAL RESIDENCY

We stayed here for a couple of days. The UNIVERSAL RESIDENCY is newly built, the facilities are all new and clean, the bed is comfortable, with ac and wifi. The staff is very considerate and helpful, while also minding privacy. The UNIVERSAL RESIDENCY is located in walking distance from major town facilities.

Will surely stay here next time I am in perumbavoor The mist garden on the top floor was a pleasant surprise and looks beautiful

A new UNIVERSAL RESIDENCY with excellent facilities in the room and the service by parthiban and his team was too good. We were 6 persons staying in 3 rooms. All the fittings in the rooms were high quality. Breakfast was limited to one item (idly) but the quantity and quality was very good

I stayed here during my exam visit, and it is undoubtedly the best accommodation in the area. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The rooms were impeccably maintained, and the breakfast served was delicious. The rooftop garden offered a serene and picturesque atmosphere. 5/5.

Universal residency in perumbavoor is the best UNIVERSAL RESIDENCY, stayed there for 1 week official visit. Top of the line service. Part h the receptionist guy does his job perfectly

Awesome staff. Really liked the newly built well cleaned room. Near to main market. Though dont have inhouse restaurant but breakfast was awesome.

Well furnished and well maintained rooms. There is a small parking space in front which can accommodate 2 cars. The UNIVERSAL RESIDENCY does not have an in-house restaurant. They give parcel food from a nearby restaurant. Ask for plates and spoons for taking food.
