Unwind Hotels and Resort

The hotel is renovating and the current state is sad at best. The bathroom smelled, the taps were broken, the wardrobe door was about to fall on my 2 year old. The worst part was the staff was on contractual basis and does not know how to contact the owner. The owners no that was listed was of some who did not receive our calls nor respond to the watsapp message that we sent. We had to change the hotel within one hour of check in. No view from the rooms and are at best shabby for the price

no wifi, no maintenance, old mirror, old broken washbasin, door lock not working properly, no parking and no information about where to park the car before arrival

Property is inside from main road. Vehicle will not directly reach there. If you are vegetarian than I recommend that you should not stay in this property.. It is not directly accessible from main road.. For vegetarian people, i would not recommend this hotel… Guest are not so much there so we truely feel not safe there..

Location was good in terms of enjoying beach but not good for taking your vehicle. Hotel don't have parking facility, vehicle has to be parked in pay & park facility.Then you are supposed to walk 100 mts and reach the hotel. Staff was good but contact no. given in MMT , no one picked up, I had to wait for almost 1 hr and contact MMT customer care, then owner contacted through SMS. Given different no. which got connected. Owner was busy somewhere as MMT but did not bother to call back or check even after sometime to a customer who was trying her 6-7 times and spent almost 1 hr to reach hotel even after coming almost 1 -2 km from hotel due to confusion and no one picking call from hotel. If hotel or MMT inform about parking location , it will be a great help. Food not available in hotel, but many restaurants available nearby, opened till 10-11 pm. Rooms & services were good. Good for those who don't want to travel much and go to beach immediately. But one can have hotel in other good area and come by vehicle for beach to avoid carrying of luggage. Beach is beautiful ❤️

Property location is very good , close to the sea. Food service not available . Amenities ae services are good and there is room for improvement .

Room was not maintained and bathroom had no hot water supply.Toilet seat was also broken.Staff interaction was good and the hotel is easily accessible

No lift from ground floor reception. Lift hardly fits 2 people. One of the rooms was dirty. Terrible stay.

Very old, not cared at all, room dark and all was not inviting Property needs a big restyling work

Location- good. Food- need improvement and little more options. Amenities- need improvement and toiletries need to be provided service - need improvement

It is ok kind of stay. Room is fine. Need to park vehicle near to the common parking g area which is 300 meter away. It is always good to contact hotel guys before arriving to get the parking lot details. Also map provided for the hotel is not accurate. Hotel team can modify the map with exact location

Very basic, grubby room that needed a good clean. Close to the beach behind a restaurant. No wifi and no channels on tv.

The stay was really good the amount charged is worth it inf-act the location is very sweet just 50 meteres and urea in beach. The rooms were spacious clean.

Very bad an very bad smell not seaport staff an breakfast is very cold after 2 day old i am not happy

Property locatn is nice, just nearby the beach. They says its a 3 star hotel. Tv was not working. Wifi was not working. Rooms are below average. Its like a homestay only. Only 1 bhayi if for all services. Fan were soundy.

Very bad condition of room even the door was not working, so i never suggest anyone to book this hotel

rooms are ok,Ac remote not working and wifi not working, TV also not working. room with bad smell only near the beach is advantage.

I went in the month of jun e for 2 night stay, may be offseason. Deluxe room doesn't full-fill any parameter for the word deluxe, even main door lock was not functioning. Complimentary breakfast is just for name sake, they provided idly and dosa only, not even ready consider for any change in menu. Restaurant is horrible and does not have even menu card when i went. I won't suggest this to anybody. Unwind is horrible.
