Stay at Upper Deck

This property is an additional property of orchid boutique hotel. It is just 1 minutes walking from their main resort. Rooms and property was very good. There is a tremendous issue on getting service. You have to call their reception for any requirements from your mobile, there is no direct calling option. I don't like it, getting service is a issue. It actually feels like staying long from the main unit. The views were good. The top floor room has a ventilation problem. Overall comments, the service issue must be resolved by the hotel.
