Upper Deck Resort

The best thing about upper deck is their location, perhaps the best in lonavala. The property is also well spread out across and beautiful views. Improvement needs are update room to current standards, better alacarte menu (now restricted to what’s in the buffet + sandwich / pizza, gym improvements needed, international sockets (easy to implement) privacy in the deck area (neighbours can walk across the deck and peep into your room. The staff was very courteous / nice and supportive. Room upgrade was offered due to low occupancy.

Property location is excellent with majestic views of mountains and valvan lake. Food is okie type and needs lot of improvement, there is no room service however upon request they do have room. Service with additional 15% charges. Choice of food is limited especially vegetarian food. Service is good with polite and humble staff. It's recommended for the majestic views but need serious enhancing of customer first type policy for repeat visits, i would say it's not worth visiting again and again expect for the views.

It was very enjoyable specious moments we spent in great nature with over all green grass carpets, blue water swimming pool with lots of yellow flowers at every border of gardens(galgota flower indian name, beautiful strong mountains, flowing air and very clean and ambience all over on resort it was real upper deck on mountains with good service n very specious clean rooms.

Excellent experience guests praised the great location, beautiful atmosphere, and friendly and helpful staff. They also noted that the Upper Deck Resort was clean, stylish, and roomy, and that the food was good and the service was attentive and efficient.

The views from the resort are really nice, they have good food, and the housekeeping staff is also very helpful. The only issue i see is the road to reach the resort which is very risky and in bad condition but it is worth visiting.

ambience was best since there were less guests they upgraded the room for us. staffs are very good and service is top notch. rooms are near and tidy. only place to improve is the food.

Excellent location, tasty food, spacious rooms. The room air conditioning capacity is not as per the room size. Rest all good.

Mm t would have advised to book cottage instead deluxe room. Property is big, food is good, music show is nice. Worth to price

Property is at the best location. Picturesque. We were not expecting place to be so so scenic. At one point you are in clouds and after some time you can have an amazing view of mountains

4. Stay and resort was excellent. Only one feedback that management should work on improving there swimming pool. Water level for adults was 2. 5 feet only

Rooms are just a little above average. Outdoor views are amazing. Service is below average. They don't deliver food/eatables to rooms! ala carte is costly. Better to book food during your booking. Food is very good!

Food was good. Room was not located in a good location with respect to the overall Upper Deck Resort. View from the room was okayish. Okay

Stay was super good. Views from the cottage room are mesmerising. All staff are very kind and gentle. Food was also excellent. The location of the property is value for money. Nature lovers must visit. True location for family.
