Upper Deck Resort

First i would like to talk about the plus points of the place 1. Awesome location 2. Good food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) 3. Free parking 4. Clean swimming pool 5. Well maintained premises following are opportunities for improvement: 1. Not handicap friendly premises, they need to fix few elevators, escalators at select places to convert few rooms in to handicap friendly stay. 2. The staff is very polite and nice but all are novices and need more training in hospitality and customer service. 3. No room service. 4. No a-la-carte food so make sure to book all meals option every-time you are booking the stay. 5. Approach road (last 2-3 kilometers) is very narrow and in bad shape. Widening as well as maintenance is needed. Can be dangerous in monsoons. Karaoke night was an enjoyable point. Best time to go will be july to next january. All year it will be a great place but the above period it will be awesome.

The upper deck in lonavla is a haven for nature enthusiasts. The captivating scenic views truly take your breath away, creating a perfect escape. The quality of lunch and dinner exceeded expectations, offering delightful flavors that satisfied the taste buds. Moreover, the serenity of the surroundings added to the overall experience. Although there's room for improvement in terms of room cleanliness and odor, the enchanting landscapes make up for it. The issue with the sliding window gallery lock is a minor setback, easily overshadowed by the tranquility of the location. The breakfast spread was decent, but a wider variety of fruits could elevate the dining experience even more.

Property - 10/10 Location and Ambience - 10/10 Staff and Service - 10/10 Hygiene and Cleanliness - 10/10 Food - Breakfast - 10/10 - Lunch and Dinner - 5/10 In Main Course need to provide food options other than buffet too. Food is very much expensive here and no other options available outside too as Resort located on remote location (2.5km) away from other part of city. Best to visit with Own vehicle as Ola Uber option won't be available and location Cab or auto would be pretty expensive to pocket. Overall Good Place to visit with your Family and Friends. They have options for arranging function like engagement, marriage, company meet as well.

Overall, the stay was good. The food was very delicious, though the variety was limited due to the buffet menu, but we liked it. Property was very beautifully designed. Scenic views are amazing from the resort. Rooms were spacious and clean, but mattresses were so hard it was difficult to sleep. Staff and their service were very good. There was a proper parking place for their own vehicle. The approach road was very narrow and in bad condition, it might be an issue on the rainy season, but i think it's worth it when we reach the location.

I with my family had a lovely vacation at the upper deck resort. The best part of the property is that it is on the highest peak of lonavala. The room was spacious and the landscaping was beautiful. The view from the Upper Deck Resort is very serene. However, there were some negative points as well: 1. The road to the resort is in very bad condition and with no signages at all. 2. There were no a-la-carte option for lunch/ dinner. Only buffet is available, the timing of which, was very limited and it gets over very quickly as well.

The stay here was pleasant but reaching here is an adventure. The resort is located at an isolated area on the hill where the roads are very steep and bad. No room service is available for food/ tea snacks and you have to visit their restaurant for the same. The prices of tea or pakodas at the restaurant is at par with 5 star Upper Deck Resorts. Also only buffet option is available for lunch and dinner. Room service needed reminders to provide basic items like towels water bottles.

The property is located on top of a hill and has a great view. It is well maintained and food is good. The drawback is that the last stretch of the road leading to the resort is not good. The resort does not have any ala carte menu or room service and guests do not have any option other than their buffet spread, which has a fixed time, although the food tastes good. The resort is spread across a huge land parcel and rooms are spacious.

The view from the resort was fabulous, we had a panaromic view of the vast mountains from the deck. The staff is very courteous. Overall Upper Deck Resort is managed well. The resort offers only buffet meal course, but there are a lot of good options to choose from, so you don't miss a la carte. Rooms are spacious and kept tidy. Toilets are clean. Resort is located in the outskirts of lonavala, which proves to be a great advantage.

The location of the Hotel is the best in Lonavala for nature view.But some help desk for travel and vehicle 🚗 arrangement should be provided by Hotel on payment basis . When I entered room it was smelling bad but I told to bring room freshner and Hotel arranged it. Morning view from Hotel deck was awesome

Overall good, food is good, but approach road to Upper Deck Resort is not in good condition. Room ac is not effective, Upper Deck Resort room service is averge.

Very comfortable stay, good food, rooms are clean. Definitely awesome scenic beauty. Very helping staff and well behaved. Definitely recommended!

Best resort at lonavala, a very good place to relax and chill. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. The restaurant food is delicious.

I have visited upper deck 3 times at different occasions. But every stay with upper deck has been unique. This time i was with my infant son and family. We enjoyed first rain of the season with fantastic view. The food is very good at the Upper Deck Resort. Over all awesome fun filled experience at upper deck.

The property location & maintenance is excellent, the food & service is between bad & terrible & the ac, mattress & linen needs an urgent & immediate replacement, the road leading to the property is through a chawl which gives you a reality check, knocks on one’s conscience & keeps one firmly grounded.

The upper deck resort has the most beautiful location in lonavala. It is perched on a hilltop with views of a deep valley, a cliff and walwan lake. The accommodation is spacious and the food is delicious. Well trained staff makes your stay comfortable. Please do not miss the hilltop trail within the property.

Excellent location, overall property is fantastic! with clouds and mountains around! rooms can be maintained better. Food is ok, more options can be made.
