It is an unrated hotel with very poor standards, strong smell and unclean bathrooms. Overall negative experience. Booked 2 nights but left as soon as possible, did not bother to get refund.

First of all it was not at all worth the cost they charged for the room, also there was no restaurant in the hotel, and the breakfast provided was unhygienic quality, dishes were not clean, bathrooms were unpleasant.

I had a very good experience at Uptown The hotel staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The food was delicious, healthy, and well-prepared. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making my stay enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place to stay in Nagpur — I would definitely recommend it to others.

Bathroom cleaning was very bad. Break fast was not available 😢 properly many items the told its finished sorry. Reception staff are very lazy 😴 rooms are tooooo small

Room had no window. Not good for a claustrophobic person. Also the hotels doesn't have a kitchen running except for breakfast.

Never ever think of going to this pathetic place. Only positive thing about this hotel is location. It is situated on the side of main road that’s all. Whole hotel was filled with insects and cockroaches. I told them multiple times to clean the corridors, toilet and rooms but they said we are hardly 5-7 people in staff and cleaning doesn’t happen daily coz hotel remains empty most of the time. Hotel premises and rooms have a very bad stinky smell. Even after saying many times, they didn’t give room service, or cleaning other areas like corridors. Also, in the breakfast they had only boiled egg , idli and bread butter. Room tarrif is around for basic room but trust me, you can get such rooms at rupees at any other place. Staffs were very unprofessional and they just don’t care about your complaints. Don’t trust the photos. Whole hotel is old construction, they just have renovated it with no maintenance and skilled staffs. This hotel with shut down soon. Avoid this place.

1. Property only provide breakfast. Rest food you have to manage outside. 2. Rooms don't hv natural ventilation, though sizes are big. 3. Toilet in my case was stinky and lacks exhaust. 4. Other basic facilities in room are satisfactory. 5. Easy to locate the hotel and ease of rooms availability even at 11:30 am against std checkin time of hotel at 1 pm.
