I recently stayed at Hotel Urban Galaxy. The hotel staff behaviour was very good and they were very polite. The location of the hotel is exceptional and very convenient. The room was good and clean, but there was an unpleasant smell in the room and the bed sheet cover didn’t seem properly washed. I stayed on the 4th floor, and the kitchen is also on the same floor — the kitchen area looked a bit unhygienic, which needs improvement. Overall, it was a decent stay with great location and supportive staff, but cleanliness and hygiene need attention

The room was good. The housekeeping service is not satisfactory. The towel given was torn. The receptionist was very soft spoken and helpful.

Rooms were neat tidy and well built. Staff was nice and helpful food was also good and the stay was just 2 minutes walk from the golden temple

I had the best experience at (Hotel Name). Their exceptional hospitality, elegant rooms, and safe and secure environment were the best parts.🙂

Had a good stay at Urban Galaxy , staying here helped us on easily navigating the places nearby like Golden temple, Jallianwala Bagh, Partition museum etc.

Comfortable and very nice stay. Very close to Golden Temple near Langar Hall. Booked Pent house, however did not liked the room and then on request upgraded to presidential suite by paying Few bucks. Pros: 1.Very Near to Golden Temple 2. Complimentary Ride from Busstand/Railway station on availability basis 3. Good cab service especially driver Mr Saab j 4. Good Reception service 5. In house kitchen with good food and on demand as well as outside food allowed. 6. Quiet and safe place 7. Cons: 1. Bathrooms are small and not that much cleaned as desired 2. Bathroom Mat not in good condition 3. Tv not working and especially no smart tv for connectivity through phone internet 4. House keeping needs to be active and knowledge full of details at the hotel. OVERALL looking forwarded to another stay and expect minor problems to addressed by the management

The stay was pleasant and very comfortable. Rooms were clean, staff was professional - added benefit of car parking availability, hotel provided driver to park car and less than 5 mins walk to Gurudwara is the what made this trip awesome for me and my family

The location of the property was very much near to all iconic tourist places . Gurudwara was about 5 minutes walking Jalianwala bagh was 4 minutes walking . The food was very good and yummy.

Urban Galaxy has been a wonderful stay. The property is very close to Darbar Sahib. It's neat and clean. The people here are very hospitable. Paranthas are yummy! Thanks for a beautiful experience! Highly recommended!
