Urban Hermitage

The Urban Hermitage's location is good, it very close to the airport. The stay was comfortable, rooms are well set up. The room service is prompt. However, the bathroom, specially the wet or shower area is very small and barely has enough space to stand and shower. I had an early flight and had asked Urban Hermitage to book me a car, making it clear that i needed one foe myself, which they confirmed the previous night however at the morning ther told me to share it with another guest at the Urban Hermitage. Being a female i wasn't comfortable nor was the other guest willing to share it. It caused a lot of rush at the last minute.

I stayed on the property on 25th to 26th oct, it's centrally located and has easy accessibility to major areas of nagpur. The staff is very polite, i have requested for early check in and i reached at 8 am, the rooms were full but the guy in reception told me that if i need queen bed i will have to wait but twin sharing he will arrange in few minutes and got me a room in 5 mins, food is nice, rooms are good, only small suggestion to increase breakfast menu. Overall very nice experience

Hotel is very well located to get to the airport quickly. The staff and service good. The room was nice but the quilt & bedding shouldve been of better quality as it seemed to be a cotton nylon mix and there was some pilling on it. Wouldnt mind staying here again if only for a quick 1 day trip

Good location near airport, stomach friendly tasty food reasonably priced, nice ambience, humble friendly helpful staff. Problem breakfast closed at 10am sharp, should be open till 10:30 at least as is common practice in most of Urban Hermitages in india.

It's nice stay in this property, location, food, amenities & services all are good, specially staff's of this property are very much humble and behaviour of them are familiar but Urban Hermitage is too much expensive.

The stay was comfortable. The food is okayish. But for the price its reasonable. The usp is the location. If your want to stay near airport. This could be the best stay. The guy on the recpetion was very helpful. Looking forward for more stays.

Check in and check out process was smooth. Rooms are well maintained. Proximity to airport is very good.
