Service and room not good

We booked a sea view room as it is written a sea view, but after going there it was just a lake and there js no proper view. The balconies are pathetic. Dont waste your money here will be my suggestion. No wifi service in rooms as well. They were excuses that wifi issues are going bla bla

Peaceful place for solo travellers

soloIf you want to sip your tea beside the river without any disturbance of partying crowd, you must be here. The staff is also very helpful and cordial.

Terrible experience

familyTerrible management - had 2 days booking including breakfast but couldn't have any breakfast or lunch or dinner due to poor time management - hotel doesn't have proper restaurant to get basic things like water, cold drinks or snacks - irrespective of spending 4k rupees, got experience of 500 rupees hotel - mm t shouldn't recommend it to anyone as i will not recommend it even to my enemy

Super clean stay for very reasonable price

coupleThe rooms are well maintained and kept very clean, and the staff is also very good. The restaurant which is on the ground floor serves good food at reasonable prices. The only con is they didnt have power back up when we visited and goa experiences a lot of power cuts.

Loved the vibe of this place. Very peaceful. Govind (property manager, yeshie (restaurant owner) and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would definitely book a stay at urban nomads again.

Perfect place for workation

I was staying in morjim before for workation but main issue there is of wifi speed but this place has a descent speed even in rooms you 14-15 mbps plus they have made a separate work cafe alongside you have tibet cafe as well here which has got great food. Overall a great experience

The property is well maintained. The staff was very gentle. Also the view from the property was amazing. Even if you're traveling alone you will not feel lonely here as you can meet fellow travelers in the hotel common area.

coupleThe location of the hostel is good. Very close to mandrem and candolim so definitely placed to explore these places of north goa. The rooms are fine however the lobby is humid and smelly as the washroom exhausts are towards the lobby. Staff is good and warm.
