Urban Suites

Very friendly staff. Good food. Clean rooms. In short, everything you expect from a budget Urban Suites. I was so happy with the property that I extended my stay there as I had to be in Bhubaneshwar for more time than expected. Would come to this Urban Suites again when I visit Bhubaneshwar next time.

Location of the property is good. The food and the service is also good. The check in process was smooth. However, needs improvement in check out process. We had to wait for almost one hour in getting clearance and checking out.

Location is good easily accessible to public transport, food is average but hygienic, amenities are value for money and room services are prompt. Overall they provide a comfortable stay

The rooms were good. They were reasonably clean and hygienic. The food was not to our liking but ok ok. Overall good experience

The staffs of the Urban Suites is very much cooperative and room is very good with very clean and food is also very good.

Rooms were clean ! appliances were new ! food was amazing. One input - the room service need to be more prompt
