The location of the property is good but the road to the property is not in good condition. It is a very narrow road with houses on both sides and too many dogs/animals on the road making it hard to drive. Homestay we took 2 rooms, 1 in ground floor(2 members) and 1 in 1st floor. The ground floor room was stinking, smelling very bad coz of moisture. It was kind of basement room with no window and no sunlight. I asked owner to change the room. He had gives us 1 more room in 1st floor, the room was 8 sharing room but the washroom was not working. They knew it but still we're not repairing it, the guests who were staying in that room also faced the same issue. There is no arrangement of food even there are no plates/ cutlery to have proper dinner. The caretaker provided us paper plates to eat. The entire place was full of dust and with zero maintanence. Wine & beer bottles were lying here and there and nothing was in good shape.
