The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing! What truly made my stay stand out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. The Urbn 24's location was also perfect, within walking distance to many local attractions and restaurants. Not only the Urbn 24 rooms, the front desk officers are amazingly humble and helpful! Have you ever forgotten anything in your Urbn 24 room? Well, I've done it to my Headphones! Immediately after my request, Mr.Shibil immediately went out to get the best courier service, packed my headphones and safely sent to my address! I'm always thankful for him! An additional note: the bathroom is the biggest I've seen so far in a Urbn 24 rooms!! 5 stars!!!

The room was good as per the pricing, and the services were good. They also provide all necessary amenities. Newly built Urbn 24 and the location is very convenient as it is very close to metro station.

New build, clean and neat. Things to note, there’s no lift & lack of parking space. Parking space is okey with nearby highways. Affordable stay with decent amenities and clean room and toilet.

It was comfortable and value for money. It’s a newly built Urbn 24, hence clean bathroom and rooms. There are many restaurants nearby. 5km from aluwa railway station.

Descent room with easy access to the metro. I found the property through social media. Even though it's a new property the cupboard handle and screw of some drawers are missing.

overall stay was pleasant.but the Urbn 24 lacks lift facility. eventhough we booked 4th floor room receptionist arranged a room in first floor for our convenience
