Good Staff behaviour and on NH Road

The hotel is on NH Road , from taj mahol its almost 15 min by car and from canttment station 10 by car. Staff behave very nice. Room was clean but few staff are not maintained. I was their for 2 days with wife and 2 year kids on Nov 2025

My experience is that I checked in at Usha Kiran Hotel on 06/08/2025. I was given room number 111, whose AC was not working. I complained at the reception and I was shifted to room number 107 on the night of 06/08/2025, whose AC was also not working. Then on complaining, I was shifted to room number 109 on 07/08/2025. Then I checked out on 08/08/2025 and came back. I also told the reception that your service is bad. I will not ask anyone to stay at your place.

The hotel staff is very good. It was a very good experience. We will continue to stay in this hotel in future too, especially the manager rajendra ji whose behaviour is very good. His nature is very good, the food is very good, the cleanliness is very good. The staff is cooperative, they have to take care of everyone.

The hotel and it's room was in a pathetic state. Lynn was very bad. Bathroom was very dirty. Towels provided were stinky and torn. Tea kettle was stinky. Open electrical wires and broken switches. Bathroom pot and wash basin was unhygienic. Overall horrible state and looks like a slum room.
