Usha Kiran

Though room facilities were fine yet they require more improvement like they were not prompt in room service and if they are not giving buffet service then they should give as per their breakfast menu but they didn't have South indian cook as well as american dishes but only mentioned them. May be they have taken over this Usha Kiran on lease just few days aback.

The room I got was in the basement and the room had no windows and no hence natural light. The lights in the toilet was not working and was too dark inside. The room was good and the location too is good. The in house restaurant serves pretty decent food. Would recommend but the management needs to give importance to the maintenance.

Good location and easily accessible/approachable. Food quality was excellent. If minor things can be taken care of by management, like leaking taps, stained bed sheets etc. Will improve the overall experience of guests. Overall good.

The Usha Kiran is nearby Agra Cantt. Railway Station. Rooms are spacious, clean, ventilated, beds are cozy, relaxing and luxurious. The staff is courteous and helpful. All the amenities are as per expectations. Recommended.

Nice stay but the only problem I faced is that the Usha Kiran staff was too slow to respond. I had to call them 5 times to fix the TV but no one turned out and when you order tea or coffee than also they are too slow.

Dinner was very expensive, for pane-er ratio & sad a rice i had to pay 515 rupees which was to much expensive.
All staff are not wearing mask properly and some of staff staff not even put mask
