Excellent service by each N every staaf... Enjoyed the Stay, Staff was very humble

It was great. The place is comfortable, clean and good for couples. Near to lake, temple and city palace. All the happening places are at walking distance.

It's a haveli and they have a very good jharokha room which is very good. It's not lake facing but very close to Lake pichola. The staff are very polite and helpful. Overall a good experience.

I had a wonderful experience. The staff was very good. Very polite and the rooms were spacious. The bathroom was also spacious clean. The rooftop view was also superb. I loved staying there. I would recommend everyone to go there. It's a very nice place.

worst hotel for stay no staff was available at last we kept the key at hotel reception as there is no one at reception pool was not available as they were giving us escusee that they will clean bt it was not done by them

Good Stay and property is in middle of the city so easy to explore.Breakfast options limited though.

The staff were very cordial and cooperative. Rooms were cozy and very good. No disturbance outside the hotel.

They charged me a higher price, and the price should not be more than 1500 rs for the room for one night. No parking facility also, bed and its mattress too poor.

It was a pleasure to be welcomed by the owners of the Hotel, all was right to the mark as needed. The most interesting part is the traditional food which was prepared by the owner's family. In images rooms look good but once you reach it is not upto the expectation. One needs to request for customisation in terms of changing the bed sheets, curtains, blankets etc. This in the interior where you can't take your car to the hotel. You have to pay 300 per night charges to public parking which is little far away from the hotel. Food is good. Services are good. One needs to compromise with the location though it is located near pichola lake and city palace which on the walking distance. Stay would be satisfactory if you have booked to sleep only.
