I had an absolutely pathetic stay at this hotel, and I strongly advise against booking it—especially if you're traveling with family. The owner has no sense of hospitality, and the hotel fails in every possible way to accommodate guests. They did not provide even the most basic amenities like tea, coffee, breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Shockingly, their restaurant was only open for private parties catering to the owner's personal guests, leaving paying guests completely ignored. If they were not capable of hosting, why did they accept bookings in the first place? To make matters worse, when we ordered food from outside, they refused to provide cutlery—showing zero concern for our comfort. This was particularly distressing as I was traveling with my family, including young children under five years old. The lack of basic ethics and respect was appalling. This place lacks humanity, professionalism, and any sense of responsibility toward its guests. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Stay away!

Very bad parking facilities. Outside people are parking and no cctv camera. Had to wait for more than 2hrs. No brkfst. Rooms are good but no water facilities. Charges too much but facilities bad. Electricity was good but water supply bad.

The property is well placed from taj. However, gives you a bhootiya experience. Ac doesn't work, and there is no change of room provided. The dining option is not available due to shortage of staff and things on the menu are all together out of the menu.

Very dusty rooms and property is unmaintained. Does not look anything like the pictures. No hot water till 7 am. No breakfast till 8:30 am. No food service available in the night. Ac flaps broken, stained unwashed curtains and the room has an old smell. Food is also very average with very less options available. Pool doesn't even have water filled in it, why to show misleading pictures. Parking space also too small.

Property was not clean, there was no wifi at room. Breakfast was also not good

Worst hotel in Agra, this is not 3 star property only half star, no security guard and hotel staff is also limited. Room lock are broken. Switchboards are broken.

It's good hotel, services, food and ambience is good.

Poor, pool was dirty. Beds are uncomfortable. Room lock was broken Bathroom shower not working and tap was broken. Tea kettle was expensive and taste was horrible.

I stayed at Utkarsh Vilas Agra, for thre days and I think I had a great value for money holiday. I experienced luxury at an affordable cost and that's the USP of this hotel.

We had booked two rooms for our weekend getaway. One room allotted to us had major issues. No television, phone was not working, the shower in the bathroom was not working. We had to wait for almost an hour to get water. We requested them to change our room and that took 1.5 hours despite having number of rooms vacant. the next day we requested for late check out early in the morning, but our request was absurdly declined, saying they have a booking of group which needs to be entertained. overall we didn't enjoy our stay at utkarsh villa. The room service really needs to speed up.
The room service was next to no. It was very slow, they showed no interest in customer satisfaction. We had many issues with the room allotted to us, however we were upgraded to new room, but that took almost 1.5 hours.

An air-conditioner was not working. Only in room it is working but no cooling was there. Outside of the room in lobby, dinning hall area feel same as outside of the hotel. Services are very poor. Very less staff in hotel.

Nice place, good rooms, very large size, food service needs improvement. Swimming pool. Clean bathrooms

This hotel location is good but services are pethatic. If you required a water then you should wait at least for 30-40 mins & max time you have to remind them again & again. In food don’t see menu maximum items you ask for have been discontinued. Pathetic

Staff was so rude . We will have to follow up for small things again and again . Like water bottle . And extra bed . Breakfast was normal .

The room service was a little slow, had to call a couple of times for water in room. Rest the stay was good, not expensive. The pool was not clean and not functional, which shouldn't have happened. The window of my room was broken. Though I didn't care as it was a one night stay and the prices I paid were cheap.

The upkeep of the hotel is bad and our request for water bottles went unattended for hours till we went down to reception and spoke to them. Breakfast too limited. There was also a dead rat under TV Cabinet. Overall, not a good experience.

Most Pathetic Hotel. Entire staff is Rude. Requested for a water Bottle in the room and it took two hours after speaking to the Duty Officer. TV not functional and Hotel has no idea. Food was Bad. Wastage of Money !. Towels are stinking !. Bed sheet are torn.

Room was not well managed and facilities were quite slow. The amenities of the hotel are not at all equipped ... Only the lobby part looks good else the hotel rooms are pathetic

Checked in at around 4 pm 11th Nov. From outside, the hotel looks good. Lobby is also impressive. These guys spray cheap freshners in rooms, which is a riot. Bathroom doors not closing, shower knob rusted, TV not working, no WiFi except in reception, overcharging for everything, including Rs 150/- for a bottle of water where MRP Rs 40/- is printed on the bottle. Most of the time, there is no one at reception, service staff has the most arrogant and laid back attitude. I have been in the hospitality industry for 33 years but this was the worst experience I have ever had. MMT should warn travellers about this hotel and for sure, I will never stay there. Very very sorry experience and this hotel has the cheek to charge a premium for the rooms as well as in their restaurant. It took them 10 minutes to decide whether they would be able to give us a bowl of yogurt (Dahi). We ordered for Aloo Gobi, the most standard dish where you cannot go wrong. When it arrived at the table, we saw the gobi was spoilt and had the black patches of fungal growth. Absolutely 3rd rate hotel and thorough disappointment.
