Good property, location too Good. room size as shown at booking time 400 ft2 was not there. Room service n food quality was Good. Breakfast in buffet was canceled because of low occupancy of rooms...which was not desired from hotel side. Front office staff n restaurant staff was courteous n helpful.

Although had to deal with stained towels and dirty floor foot wipe towel. Room features were above average and all functional. Toilet was clean and hot water and shower was good. Restaurant is good and friendly staff. Good complimentary breakfast for a small town hotel. Impressive!

The room was fine overall but the services were very bad, there is no such parking available on the property you have to park your branch in front of the hotel and sometimes you need to wait because another vehicle is parked at the back of your vehicle. Also the food was not good and the room service is terrible, you have to call 10 times at the reception and go to reception yourself just to get a couple of towels delivered, also the room service guys enter your room themselves without your permission. This is a serious privacy issue.

One day trip to banswa
