The valley view from the room was good. The room was neat and clean. The Utthunga Coorg (Room in Villa) - 2 km from Madikeri Town staff was friendly and helped arrange for local site seeing. The breakfast was homely. Overall the stay was pleasant. The room could improve on providing more furniture like chairs, work table, bed side tables, wardrobe hangers etc. These were found to be limited or missing. The reception area could be made better by arranging the furniture in a better way and adding a reception desk. The staff were found to be some kind of local help not wearing uniforms etc, which if improved could have given a more professional experience. The room was not ready on arrival and took some time to get ready. This was a bit disappointing. Overall a neat place, but could be better to match the experience of a regular Utthunga Coorg (Room in Villa) - 2 km from Madikeri Town

Would recommend this place to who are searching for home stay n budget friendly too. Clean rooms with clean linen. Room is almost same as Utthunga Coorg (Room in Villa) - 2 km from Madikeri Town room except that since it is home stay kettle is not provided separately in all rooms. But they have a common kitchen with kettle n microwave. Breakfast is simple home cooked style. Venue is on the main road to the market road where bus n auto is easily available. Nice view from the room. Staff are also very friendly. There is govt shop in the main market named homsco where u get chocolate, coffee powder n spices at reasonable price. If was a nice short trip.

It was very pleasant stay with mesmerizing view. Located very close to town. Sachin, the host was very accommodating regarding early check-in and was there whenever we needed. The complimentary breakfast and tea/coffee was home cooked and tasted really good.

Best homestay ever visited. Good amenities, neat and tidy all around. Breakfast was really good, healthy and tasty. The property location is away from hustle and bustle of the main city area but very near to all the tourist points to visit at coorg.

It was fabulous, the view the silence of the nature, the breeze, the staff, the breakfast was too too good! all in all it’s an elegant experience within a budget. Thank you to the staff specifically for making our stay such pleasant.

My 2 day stay with my family was made comfortable by the support staff at the homestay. The property is well maintained and economical and is placed to give a scenic view. They serve tasty home styled breakfast. Highly recommended.

The homestay is quite far from the main town. Auto rent is too high as it is only 3km. The host is very polite and respectful. Rom is very good and views from the room are mesmerizing. Breakfast is also very delicious.

Very accessible to sight seeing places. Has an amazing 360 view through balcony. Rooms were very clean and hygienic breakfast has been provided. Manager has been very helpful and friendly. Safe and homely stay.
