The valley view from the room was good. The room was neat and clean. The Utthunga Coorg (Room in Villa) - 2 km from Madikeri Town staff was friendly and helped arrange for local site seeing. The breakfast was homely. Overall the stay was pleasant. The room could improve on providing more furniture like chairs, work table, bed side tables, wardrobe hangers etc. These were found to be limited or missing. The reception area could be made better by arranging the furniture in a better way and adding a reception desk. The staff were found to be some kind of local help not wearing uniforms etc, which if improved could have given a more professional experience. The room was not ready on arrival and took some time to get ready. This was a bit disappointing. Overall a neat place, but could be better to match the experience of a regular Utthunga Coorg (Room in Villa) - 2 km from Madikeri Town

We enjoyed our stay with AC room, the owner and staff were very supportive and cordial. Amenities provided was excellent. Breakfast /Lunch/ Dinner can be ordered from ourside or can visit restaurant at walking distance. Overall it was a good good and economical stay. Hope to visit next time.

It was a pleasant stay. Room was neat and clean. And the hill view was awesome from the room. Food delivery using zomato and swiggy also available. Even we are late for breakfast, they asked and provided breakfast which is very nice. Totally, it was perfect stay gor us.

It was very pleasant stay with mesmerizing view. Located very close to town. Sachin, the host was very accommodating regarding early check-in and was there whenever we needed. The complimentary breakfast and tea/coffee was home cooked and tasted really good.

Best homestay ever visited. Good amenities, neat and tidy all around. Breakfast was really good, healthy and tasty. The property location is away from hustle and bustle of the main city area but very near to all the tourist points to visit at coorg.

Very accessible to sight seeing places. Has an amazing 360 view through balcony. Rooms were very clean and hygienic breakfast has been provided. Manager has been very helpful and friendly. Safe and homely stay.
