We are 3 people booked for triple occupancy, stay was good, decent, yet don't expect the staff to be so sophisticated/diplomatic, they are very much local and ready to serve you their best at customers request and management is also good. One thing is that geyser, they switch it on only in mornings. If that's is ok for you guys, you can opt it and it is pretty near to rtc complex and 1.5 near railway station and on the way to Sri Tirumala temple.

Good to stay and very good service easy to walk to the bus stand and railway station. Nice V K Residency and good view and nice curtains in the room. It look very decent to stay in the room, if they put taxi service it is very good.
