Small rooms with zero ventilation, the property has no kitchen. It is a very basic property. The amenities are also not up to the standards of being claimed as a three star property.

Service not good, there is no kettle to make hot water, no items to make tea at morning, no break fast

The room was good in size, but it was not adequately maintained. The linens were smelly. Pest control has never been done in this hotel. The hotel staff was very helpful.

The service was not good. We were not provided towels even upon asking multiple times. We were also charged extra for a period stain.

Very bad experience, some staffs were rude and they dont have restaurant. Old towels, very small room and price of the room is too high.

I stayed with my daughter for her iimk registration. Considering a small city i felt room was decent and good and service, cleanliness are also good

Hotel is located very close to iim kozhikode, property was clean and beautifully done up for comfortable stay. Only the downside it doesn’t have restaurant, so you won’t get morning breakfast, they don’t provide hand towel, so you need to use bath towel as hand towel as well. As compared to what we get it is priced slightly higher.

Room was ok but the bedsheet and towel had stains on it. They only give room not the food. For food one have to order from the other restaurants.

The room was neat and had all the required facilities but it wasn't spacious as expected and the tariff was a bit expensive for the less space. Rest all were good.

Everything was available just on call. Even they helped with cabs or rickshaw when ever needed. Ittreally helpful. Very clean.

Service is not good.

The bathroom had no ventilation which was very suffocating. The room was good, very clean. We had to ask for basic amenities like towels which was a little disappointing

The facilities were hygienic and luxurious with the staff being hospitable and accommodative of our requests. I had a super comfortable weekend stay thanks to the amenities on offer

Add food facilities at least tea coffee

Vr residency is well maintained and has good clean rooms. They provide good food at reasonable cost.

Hotel didn't bother to call & confirm your booking, no food, no tea facility & top of that in case you wants to put your luggage for time being they are denying
