This hotel is a top notch hotel. Spacious room with great bathtub. Restaurant was superb. Food really tasty. Also they had many varieties of cookies and cakes in complimentary breakfast along with traditional and western breakfast menus. Loved the food and ambienc. Overall 10/10 hotel

Location is good Food is terrible Air conditioning not proper Small rooms Toilets are dirty In room dining very slow service Charging plugs loose Lifts are slow and gets tough when the hotel is full. In all a total disappointment

Being a five star hotel they do not provide mineral water instead they give RO water bottles. Also the towels were not clean and the bathroom was stinking when we arrived. The hotel staff took 30 mins to arrange for the room freshner for the stinking bathroom. Not a kind of service we expect from a reputed chain of hotels

The property is centrally located. The food especially the breakfast was very lavish and excellent. The other amenities and services were also excellent.

Only benefit about the property is location. Service was terrible. During my stay some reparing work is going on i have told staff to keep on hold so we can sleep but the work goes continue after that for 4 hours. In mean time i have personally visited reception two times to tell them to stop. Then after they changed my room to lower class room from which i have booked but the work is they kept going which i beleive.

The food was delicious and the breakfast buffet was excellent the room were clean

we are not comfortable with this booking ,we faced infinity problem the rooms are very dirty,and there's nothing for hospitality and the ac are not working please don't recommend sarovar portico we are very embrasses with our stay mentioned amenities we don't get that we complained about that if in return they don't response there's water on the floor and we slipped in the washroom .

We stayed at the property for 3 days. Everyone enjoyed the stay. During check in process there was minor confusion about room allotment, but their hospitality throughout made us forget that issue. Food was good however found room service a bit slow. Staff was helpful.

I was not given the room which I had booked.The reception desk staff was not helpful. The whole package was not given . Substandard service.

Breakfast was good but dinner was average and served with too much delay.. Tooth brush and Razer in the bathroom were of poor quality Rest location was good

Stay was excellent. Felt good with everything. Except little more cleanliness should have been there in the room and bathroom. May be the problem is with the room we stayed. Otherthan that everything was excellent. Enjoyed the stay!!

Great place, people there are very pleasant to talk to, for my fellow travellers - they will accommodate your luggage even after checking out if needed . You can rest in their lobby area too. Very helpful place indeed.
