VAIBHAV RESIDENCY

The VAIBHAV RESIDENCY is located very near to cmc. Just a 5-7min walk to jubilee gate, the entrance of cmc. The four bed rooms are very spacious. The bed can accommodate 4 adults and 1 kid. The room has television and ac. The bathroom is very big. Hot water facility available. Each floor has one common kitchen and refrigerator. You can hire gas and keep cooked food in the refrigerator. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Food can be order to room via swiggy or bring from store. Tea is served in room but they bring from outside. Overall i will say it's a best budget VAIBHAV RESIDENCY with good rooms near cm c, vellore. Also vegetable market and fish market, chicken are available within 2 min walking distance.

My family have been staying at this property whenever they visit cm c for their medical checkup for the last few years. The property is well-maintained with all usual amenities available. It is close to the hospital campus with lots of food joints in the neighborhood. The host, madhan kumar, is always available for any service or local arrangements which makes the stay very comfortable. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a convenient and homely atmosphere. The host makes the stay extra seamless and is happy to help with anything that is being asked for. My family will opt to stay here again in the future.

It was a very nice stay at this VAIBHAV RESIDENCY. The staff was really helpful. I travel-led by car so they arranged a parking lot for me. They don't have their own parking, but near the VAIBHAV RESIDENCY, there is another property where you can park. They serve tea on request, maintenance of the property is good and it is very clean. It is very close to cmc. All basic necessities are available nearby the VAIBHAV RESIDENCY.

It was good to stay at VAIBHAV RESIDENCY vaibhav. When i initially went they were little hesitate to talk properly. Once they come to know that i am doctor by profession & came for a week long training there at vellore, their attitute changed. Mr. Shaikh and other person probably mr. Ali were good persons. They take care. Speak little hindi and that is sufficient for the daily issues there

My overall experience was hassle free. Easy to access to travel if you take cabs or auto. Services were also good. The location of the VAIBHAV RESIDENCY is perfect as there are so many good options nearby. Also the cm c hospital down the main road. Vita vellore is just 8km from the VAIBHAV RESIDENCY. Hotel had near and clean rooms and bathroom. Free wifi works well too.

I booked this VAIBHAV RESIDENCY for second time and the facilities are too good. The location is very nice. The place is peaceful. The rooms are spacious as well as good bed and other amenities. I would recommend this VAIBHAV RESIDENCY.
The room was nicely maintained and cleaned. The location is very good and it's peaceful location too. It's good stay overall.

Hotel is near to CMC hospital. It's just 5 minutes walking distance. Room is clean. But service is very bad. I found in the 1st day of my staying that toilet shower isn’t workable & informed them. But until I left VAIBHAV RESIDENCY room, they didn’t take any initiatives against that. Also after calling them 3 times they came to make TV ok.

Except for the receptionist, who looks and acts very illiterate, who was more concern attending personal calls than attending to check-in customers, the room and the VAIBHAV RESIDENCY was great. Room is clean and so is the bathroom but the room was small.

Good newly made and near to Cmc

Located near cmc vellore ( about 400 meter. No restaurants in VAIBHAV RESIDENCY.

The VAIBHAV RESIDENCY is just 5 mins for CMC hospital which makes it very convenient. Clean rooms with AC TV much appropriate for doctors and small visitors. I stayed for 5 days, food was ordered through zomato so no problem.

If someone want room near cm c hospital this is best option.

Room was spacious and super clean. Hot water was available from 6.00 to 10.00 AM.

Room quality can improve a bit. Bit noisy. U can hear literally everything that happens outside your door.

Calm and quiet environment of the VAIBHAV RESIDENCY and the manager was great. I love this VAIBHAV RESIDENCY.
