Vairavel Residency

After reviewing several old reviews, I assumed this was an average hotel. However, I convinced myself to book it, as its purpose was mainly to refresh and safely store our belongings, given we'd spend most of our time at the Temple. Although the actual check-in time was between 10:00 A.M. and 11:00 A.M., I arrived early. Despite rooms not being vacant at that time, the management accommodated me, upgrading my stay to a 3-bedroom Family room in another building, instead of the booked couple room with a King-size bed. The room was immaculate, with staff double-checking its cleanliness before handing over the keys. The highlight was the breathtaking view of the Temple's Main Gopuram from the window. Overall, my experience was positive, and I appreciate the staff's politeness and supportive nature.

It was a decent stay in Vairavel residency, but not up to the rent they charge. The staff were very polite and friendly. They can improve their service. Residency has car parking. Location - walkable distance to the temple.

My stay was very pleasant. The location was convenient, food was tasty, and the amenities were clean and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, making the overall experience comfortable and enjoyable.

Very bad experience. They didnt even provide drinking water, there is no proper place to dry our washed clothes, they did not provide a single room service, they didnt provide any toiletries like brush and paste, there is no table in the room as they mentioned in the website. very bad experience is that they placed the pipe for water outlet from the air conditioner at the top of the bathroom, so the water is flowing and dripping on the head and on the clothes while we are using the bathroom. atlast they asked me to checkout 30 minutes before the checkout time. they said that they need to clean the room for next customer. i never recommend this hotel for stay.

The hotel ambience are very modern. The rooms are designed well and neat. The service of the hotel is high class.only the drawback in our room is that there are so many ants which was biting. But other like the bathroom is very neat and hot water is available 24/7. The service, rooms are high class. I loved the hotel so much, and it was an unforgettable experience

Not the same building and room as booked. Looks like due to renovation they asked to stay in the newly constructed building. Flush didn’t worked. Would rate 4/10.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.am paying extra than the actual due to app booking, before booking u just call the hotel directly to save money The overall environment was extremely poor and unhygienic, with inadequate cleaning throughout the premises. The rooms and common areas were not properly maintained, giving an unpleasant and uncomfortable stay. To make matters worse, the staff behavior was unprofessional and unhelpful, showing no courtesy or willingness to assist guests. Such poor service and lack of cleanliness make this hotel far from acceptable standards. Definitely not recommended for anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

The location is 10 minutes walkable distance to the temple, however the residency doesn't have water heating facilities and when I inquired the response from the reception person was horrible.

Rest room is not clean.. Toilet flush is not working.. no heater..

Bed was noisy and the power points are all in damage … but the lodge is in nearby temple and also the public free car parking

the hotel service is ok but the room was not cleaned and rest room also like that , overall ok

I was charged more than double the actual worth of the room by make my trip

overall good and I find through online and if need to go temple or hotel need to walk 500 to 700 mts.
