Valiyaparambil Residency

Rooms are not clean. Bathroom accessories all broken one's. Not clean also. Worst ever experience

Location was easy. ROOMS offered was ( Only non-AC ) very poor and small for 2 persons. They offered AC Room VERY much BETTER by pay 700 INR/ Day extra. We changed to AC ROOM. NO FOOD/ NO AMENIETES/ NO SERVICES.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was not clean and definitely not worth the money charged. The place looked poorly maintained and didn’t feel comfortable to stay in. I even found two big cockroaches in the room, which was very unpleasant. However, I must mention that the staff were well-mannered and their behavior was very good throughout the stay. Despite their courteous service, I wouldn’t prefer this hotel for a family stay until proper hygiene and maintenance are improved.

I'm applying for the first time through make my trip app, it was a good experience. Because of that, i have done my exam nicely. The room was non ac, that was the only problem. But overall rating is 4

Good stay

This place was just ok. But it was not clean enough. Rooms were having the stench of wet cloth. AC did not work from midnight. I had to call them for everything. Service can be better. They just have to pay attention to details.

The facility is good for a short stay, the staff is supportive and the property is well maintained and kept clean.

The room was clean and comfortable. The owner is very helpful and made all the extra arrangements we asked for. Even though the hotel is not located at the heart of the city, you can find all amenities like restaurants, coffee shops within walking distance.

The stay was good. Rooms were perfectly managed. Service from the staff was good too. Bathroom was clean and maintained. Overall it was a good stay.

Had a bad experience with this hotel staff. They first told us they will provide a restroom for our driver. But later they asked our driver to book a room to use their restroom.
