The location of the Van Durga Villas And Suites excellent and is maybe 3 kms from rely station. Its away from the hustle bustle of the town. But not very far too. There is pick up facility from the station. It is at a very peaceful and quiet place and i used to wake up and hear chirping of the birds. And awesome view of the trikuta mountains im front of me. Wonderful experience that i had seen a rainbow too in the mountains. Food is very homely of good quality and good taste and not very highly priced that most Van Durga Villas And Suitess have. The room service was very quick in response and very well mannered. The Van Durga Villas And Suites rooms premises everything was clean and very proper and the area had a playground for kids for a family traveller. There are low height lights in the night in the garden & and soothing music played in the evening and night. And security wise very good. We loved our stay there. And will go back again. Excellent stay for us.

The Van Durga Villas And Suites arranged for the airport pickup from Jammu excellent driver with very neat car and attitude. After reaching from airport Mr. Anand at the Van Durga Villas And Suites offered tea and showed the room. The location of the room is so beautiful and you would enjoy the stay as it has the direct view of the temple hill from the room. The food offered is just excellent and at a very nominal charge. Always there was the vehicle ready for us to take us to the market and local site seeing but it was chargeable. We stayed for 2 days and throughout the stay Mr. Anand enquired if we were comfortable and need anything. The service was just excellent. I highly recommend this Van Durga Villas And Suites.

I would really recommend it. Few facts : 1. The property is little far away from katra roundabout, only transport is of Van Durga Villas And Suites which is chargeable or your own vehicle. No auto rickshaw will drop you. 2. The property need renovation, but it is okay okay. I think in katra there are alot of power drop problem, but Van Durga Villas And Suites backup are not 24x7 available, it is like available on request. 3. Best part is their staff and manager, the are very humble and they'll respect you and you're requirements. 4. Food is the best part, homely and fresh food which will be served with love, what is important. Overall due to their love i would rate 5

Hotel is situated outside the corporation limit of Katra. It is approximately 6 kms from Katra railway station on Katra-Jammu highway. Pick-up and drop from Railway/Bus stop to Van Durga Villas And Suites is chargeable however pick and drop from Hotel to Banganga is free. The rooms is good. The staff behaviour is good. Food options are limited with quality not good. Ideal for short stay of 1-2 days.

Van Durga is a complete package for a family and their friends. The atmosphere at Van Durga is amazing. We 14 members of family friends at Van Durga did not feel anything wrong during the stay. The staff is superbly cooperative. The food is of good quality. Rooms were neat and clean. For children lot of area to play. Overall excellent stay at Van Durga. I recommend everybody to stay at Van Durga but do not hire taxi from Van Durga as the driver was very lethargic and not cooperative. That's not the fault of Van Durga Villas And Suites but this service provided by the Van Durga Villas And Suites is not upto the mark.

We were a family of 15 members including 5 kids under 7 years of age. We wanted to stay at a place where we did not have to bother about safety of the kids, have ample room for kids to play, have food which was not too much masala and could be personalized, was clean and well kept and had a nice view. Ban Durga stood tall on all our expectations. Everyone in the family gave full points to the facility and its staff. They went out of their way to provide us with a pickup vehicle (free of cost) at Ban Ganga post our visit to Vaishno Devi and 3:30 am. To me, that was excellent customer service. Full marks to them.

Early check in and check out upto 4 hours was mentioned but the manager took money for early check-in saying that no other room except family room is available. However one of the Van Durga Villas And Suites staff told me that super deluxe room was available at that time. Moreover, manager locked the one of the two room of family room which was not a good gesture, however next day manager opens the same at my request. Dish TV was not recharged. Food was pathetic. Doors were not getting closed due to the termites. However location of the Van Durga Villas And Suites was excellent which was the only plus point.

It was really a nice stay at Van Durga, we travelled with parents and it was feeling like staying at home ; Cool and calm place away from city traffic and with a awesome view of bhawan from every room. Food was tasty and they provided early morning breakfast on our request, they pick up from railway station at a very nominal charges which I like most. Though geyser was not working in 01 room but over all it was very nice. Also don't complaint about electricity as it is an issue in overall Jammu but Van Durga Villas And Suites management has done very good arrangement which I like.
