It was nice property in the mentioned rate. The food was really fresh and tasty. Hotel staff also very cooperative and supportive. It is located at entry point of Katra. So transport is needed from railway station and even for katra also

familyHotel is located about 8-10 kms away from katra, while katra has a number of hotels inside already so there is no need to go this far. Secondly the property is very old and deprived of proper maintenance. Bathrooms are in bad shape. Thirdly basic hygiene is also not maintained. Bathrooms doesn't have tissue rolls, commodes have stains on it. The prices although is on higher side and comparable with other good hotels, so it is not a value for money option. Overall, this is anyday a bad choice, so better to avoid.

The rooms and bathrooms are not properly maintained. It needs repair and maintenance. Food service is delayed, can't have proper breakfast as food is delivered in multiple slots. Lack of parking space for big vehicles, pick up and drop facility is not available.

First of all i would say make my trip need to review on what basis this hotel is 3 star, this hotel have good rating in mm t but its not good. Its not value for money. I got a room which was not cleaned so cleaning is my biggest concern here like washroom was not cleaned, spider web somewhere in the corner of hotel room. I asked manager to change the room but he didn't he send a cleaner who cleaned the washroom after my check-in. In addition to this, ac was not working when there was power cut, broken furniture of room, dusty tables.
