Stay was good. I reached at midnight and yet they were very helpful in checking me in. Service was generally good. Rooms were neat and clean and the view of the valley was also good. Bathrooms were neat clean and spot on. Plenty of lighting too. Only concern was parking was roadside. So that felt ok, but would have been better if we could park it in a safer way.

It was an amazing experience, The property is very well decorated and neat and clean. The view from the room was excellent and suitable for those people who want to avoid the hustle bustle of the core city and want to stay in the midst of nature. Food quality is also good. Awesome place to stay in Ooty

Very beautiful and pleasant stay, the views from balcony took our breath away. Room was decent, we had to ask for hair dryers and toiletries and faced no major issues. Its a little away from proper bustle of Ooty city so in a way its close to Coonoor. Pretty affordable with splendid views and home made food was good. Language was a little issue but we managed. Would love to visit again here.

Peaceful location (it's a bit inside and away from the hustle and bustle as you enter), view from the gallery is amazing. Food is good but you need to order a bit in advance as it takes 1-2 hours depending on the number of previous orders. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall a very good experience of staying at Vanam.

Vanam is a beautiful stay which calls for a perfect stay amidst the Nilgiris. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. The view from the room is just perfect. We stayed there for 1 day with my family and loved every bit of it.. Food was good, neatly maintained. Definitely recommended. Safe for kids too.

The location mentioned on the MMT app for the hotel is slightly inaccurate. However we contacted the hotel and they guided us to the hotel. The stay was absolutely amazing. The hotel was very tidy and the staff was extremely courteous. The food was delicious. And the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. note there are no rooms

We have searched a good property for family stay with scenic view. Property is maintained and staffs are very friendly. View from property is breathtaking and soothing. you can enjoy the valley and tea garden view from balcony. food provided by hotel is very good and tasty like home. kitchen staffs are too good and polite, available to serve all time. Only thing is there is no nearby shop or market. you have to go down around 1-2km for additional things. Thank you I am happy to share review for our recent stay in ooty Vanam hotel. location is very good and soothing. close to nature , view is breathtaking . staffs are very friendly and polite . service is also very good. Food is tasty and made like home only. i will recommend this place to stay with family or friends or as couple.
