Vanamali Residency

My husband and myself stayed at this Vanamali Residency for a marriage function. It has clean rooms and the staff is very friendly and approachable.

we visited aranmula to witness the boat race and visit the Parthasarathy temple - stayed just for half a day here. It's just adjacent to the temple and hardly 100 meters from the river pamba and the race venue. Place was quite clean. The room provided to us just had the bed, two plastic chairs and a small side table. Wardrobe was run down with no shelves. Attached toilet had hot water but no toiletries. kitchen was present but we could get any food as the cook was supposedly on leave - no place to eat nearby offering quality food. Many of the other facilities mentioned were not to be seen but since we spent only half a day with most of the time at the race cannot comment much on that for the facilities that I could see and use I felt the place was over priced for that small town.
