Vanda cottage

The location is beautiful and the service is great. It is a tranquil setting and we enjoyed our stay.

We were asked to order food via swiggy zomato. On the last day we saw them serving breakfast to other guest who arrived and asked them if breakfast was available and then we were served. They didn’t want to take the trouble of making food for just 2 it seemed. Only a contact no was given and no one was available in the entire property apart from us.

My stay in this cottage was good one. It could have been better had there been tv facity for entertainment. Moreover, there should be a restaurant facility available.

The room was very disappointing, with an uncomfortable bed and a poor-quality mattress. The bedsheets and blanket were also in terrible condition, not at all resembling the images provided. Overall, it was a bad experience with the room. However, the caretaker was good and helpful, which was appreciated.

Stay is good but little bit away from main road and connectivity to cottage and other locations are poor

Property was good. But a person named javed was there he gave us wrong information about pahalgam. Due to which we lost 5000 rupees. Just stay there and don't talk to anyone

The property is well maintained and cleanliness is top notch. Huge shout-out to the guy who makes sure your stay is a pleasant experience.

Caretaker was good, room was good enough. Location is also good, close to major attractions. They could do more with providing soaps, water bottle etc. Without requesting by the customer

It’s very nice place, near to nigeen lake. Service is also good. You can order food from swiggy or zomato here. It will be delivered to this loaction.

This is simple homestay. Although there is no parking available for guest, the description in mm t says there is parking available. We were asked to park our car outside premise. Rest is fine, the room is good.

It was the best experience of our trip to kashmir and the family was great. The deck behind the property is great for sitting by the lake and taking in all the peace and beauty of the beautiful nigeen lake. Proper hygiene and well maintained.

Stay was for 2 nights. Small rooms but nice interior, clean and feels like newly built. Food was good. One can enjoy evening tea at the nigeen lake. 5 minutes walk to the market.

Location was very serene. Hotel staff were very professional and humble. Food served was also good just like home made cooked not too spicy not too oily. My son loved to play cricket in the hotel lawn. Amenities wise it’s okay not very good but overall a nice stay. Location wise it's a bit away from the main city hustle and gives you a serene and calm feeling for your stay.

Peaceful resort very professional behavior of staff, it aslo has beautiful nag-in lake at walking distance behind the property.

I found this property on make my trip. Staff was so polite and humble and caring. It was home like feeling. Very quite and posh locality of srinagar. Nag-in lake was fantastic. With dinner and lunch need to pure book. Other wise you need to eat out. Its hime stay. So don’t expect lobby reception or lift. Very clean in hygiene place. Location is beet hard to get in. But on e you there, you will love it.

The cottage and services are very good. We stayed there for 3 nights. Staffs were really helpful and took good care of us. The home made food was really great. There is issues with electricity in that area and the location is bit far from the city. However, as per the price, the cottage is great. And the location walkable to nigeen lake makes it more peaceful.
