I stayed here 2 nights. Service was very poor. Food quality was not good. Bathing kit was not available. Very disappointing with their services. Manager was good.

Polite and helpful staff, they helped arrange vehicles to roam around local sightseeing places. Rooms were clean and elegant. Mr. Sanjay and Mr. Kunwar are the persons you can communicate with for assistance.

It was really an amazing stay at the property. The location of the property, the room, the food and in fact the overall service received were just awesome. The sight seeing suggested by Mr. Kunwar Ram Ji was truly wonderful. Mr. Bharat was really a help when it comes to travelling in mountains. He is a very skilled driver and patient as well. He won't let you feel the motion sickness. Thank You so much Sanjay Ji, Kunwar Ram Ji, Bharat Ji and Vansh Residency for this lovely experience.

I had an amazing stay at Vansh Residency, Nainital! The food was absolutely delicious and prepared with great attention to hygiene, which really stood out. The location is perfect โ just a short walk from the beautiful Naini Lake, making it super convenient for sightseeing. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and always went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and Iโd highly recommend Vansh Residency to anyone visiting Nainital.
