The 1bhk was fine, I am regular to this homestay. Clean and maintained well. Staff are polite. Kitchenette is very good. My driver also got washroom and bathroom facility. Homely atmosphere. People must prefer this.

It is a nice and cozy house. We booked this one as I was participating in an event nearby, at Kaup beach. The owner also was very helpful and ensured that we were comfortable. The food points are a bit far away though. If you have a vehicle of your own, it becomes easy. Otherwise the caretaker of that house drives auto, you can call him. Another option would be ordering at a place nearby, the owner will help with that, but the orders need to be placed well ahead.

Property is at prime location. I liked the property, it’s tiny, well cleaned. When it comes to amenities TV was not working , we asked but it didn’t turned up in our stay duration. They can improve the house keeping response.
