Vasant Kunj Nature Resort

Very bad experience, our check in was at 2pm, but we reached at 7pm due to traffic on the road, When we reached there, the balcony railing in one of the rooms was broken, the telephone in the other room was switched off, they gave us other rooms but the same problem in all of them, the same problem even after changing the room 3 times, we were tired but we were delayed by an hour in check-in, the hotel management did not solve any problem, very bad experience, even after paying for a room, the service was like a guest house

My experience of 2N package: 1. Amazing location 2. The garden and by-lanes in the resort are well maintained. 3. Good for couples and senior citizens and toddlers. 4. Serene beauty around makes the stay worth every penny spent. 5. Helping and supporting staff. 6. Good family crowd. 7. Overall an excellent experience. Will surely visit again and will recommend the place to friends and colleagues.

It was suggested by my friend. Food quality excellent. It was nice place with nature and good service in resort pick up and drop place and staff also humble respond.

the stay at the resort was awesome. very beautifully maintained in the midst of nature. one can experience the beauty of nature and elegance in every corner of the resort. rooms are very well maintained and clean. there was no hygiene issue as it is very well taken care of. the food is delicious and tasty and the food quality is excellent. all the staff members were very friendly and helping in nature with a smile on the face. all the stess of the modern city life are wiped off here .
