Vasundhara Inn

Room was nice. Same room we stayed. However, few things which I found really bad the second time I stayed was. 1. Since it was Friday and very limited supply of food. Huge time consuming. Even we were once told that what another guest is having, we need to order that only. So I understand Vasundhara Inn do not get guests on weekdays but then you take bookings on weekdays correct! Shouldn't have been this way. 2. If I am asking for a matchbox or two for my cigarette than i was asked how many more do I need as if there is a crunch and problem with that too. 3. While checking out the reception was unattended and fan was off, no light. We said please switch on the fan for a minute as paying bills would take 5 to 10 minutes. No response, no gesture. Just arrogant and seemed like we are nobody. So these behaviour actually counts. There were reasons before to go to this Vasundhara Inn, since we liked it a lot for its services but now we have more reasons to not go to this Vasundhara Inn any further. I did make sure that you get your rating in place because overall my stay was Ok . Few things which are really important were out of places. Hence, in comments or writing I am giving you the feedback. Please try to work on the same.

Location very near to Prantik railway Station, one can view the trains from the balcony. Food is good but require prior order on basis of which they will prepare the food. All service is ok except wifi
Just 2 minutes walking distance from pratnik railway Station. Behind the railway quarters, all the rooms are having balcony, sort of guest house with the basic amenities, however the behavior of the staffs was very co operative. Food is good with decent price however you need to give prior order on basis of which they will prepare the food.

I booked non AC double deluxe room in this Vasundhara Inn through MMT and stayed for 3 nights. A very clean and spacious room with nice balcony and broad windows. Floor, bed sheets, washrooms are very clean with 2 ceiling fans, 2 lights, geyser and Airtel TV facilities. Hotel staffs are too good and foods are just delicious and they cook the foods after getting order, so you will eat fresh foods always with room serving. 2-3 mins away from Prantik station and the Vasundhara Inn is also visible from Prantik station.

Vasundhara inn is a really good Vasundhara Inn to stay with your family. Located in adjacent to prantik rly. Station, this property is surrounded with greenery. The Vasundhara Inn staffs are very soft behaved and helpful. Food served are very tasty and room service is also good. Santiniketan is not so effected with covid 19, but the Vasundhara Inn staffs are still maintaining the safety measures very well. Will visit again if planned for santiniketan in future.

People usually mistake bolput to be the checkpoint for the sight seeing locations in shantiniketan whereas it is actually pretty distant from it. Although bolput station itself is a shantiniketan attraction but if u want to visit all places in a short distance. Prantik station is the place for u. All locatioms are within 5 kilometers. U have public transport service which is very reasonable and the Vasundhara Inn itself is in a fabulous quiet location.

Remotely located, peaceful zone. Approaching road must be improved as there are many houses constructed. Excellent service and good food.
The Vasundhara Inn is very good and located in a peaceful area. Approaching road is narrow and not yet made, difficult to allow a pass to other vehicle. There is no shop nearby. The cook is expert and served tasty food. All the staffs are well behaved. Overall good experience.

I had stayed during Poush Mela and paid around 3.5k for one night. The Vasundhara Inn is not worthy of that. I had checked that in normal time it costs around 1200 per night. Otherwise that, the stay was good. The service was excellent. The management is customer oriented. Best thing is their food. I had one of my best bengali lunch here. However, the complimentary breakfast was ordinary.

I've been to Shantiniketan many times and this time I've booked Vasundhara Inn through MMT. The rooms are very good with big washroom and balcony with view of prantik stand. Location room and staff were good but the food were below average. Also the approach Road towards the Vasundhara Inn was very narrow. Apart from that it was a pleasant stay.

We stayed in Vasundhara Inn for 2 nights, room was quite specious as well as neat and clean. The Vasundhara Inn is just behind of Pratik rail quarters and it is in walking distance from Prantik Railway Station. Biswa Bangla haat also walkable from here. Hotel food was good and tasty. In terns of service it is quite good too.

Far from Bolpur Bhubandanga and Viswabharati complex. But very near to prantik and food is good in quality. But Vasundhara Inn didn't provide complementary bed tea or kettle. Needs improvement in this.

Very peaceful and neat and clean Vasundhara Inn with well behaved staffs and good Bengali foods

Vasundhara in is very near to prantik Station and Vasundhara Inn is quite good with the facilities they are providing. Also the surrounding is so peaceful you find your inner soul.

The food was very good and customized. The people were nice and polite and helpful. They can make the beds a little better for the price we paid. No regrets, only road in front of the Vasundhara Inn.

Very good staff. Always very friendly. Foods are excellent. They maintain proper timing. Rooms are very clean. Toilet also very clean. Gieser available.

Hotel is very close to prantik station, 1-2 mins of walking. But, there are no markets nearer to Vasundhara Inn. So, there is nothing to see outside Vasundhara Inn unless you travel some distance by car, toto. Hotel rooms are clean. Hotel staffs behave nicely. Foods are average. Good for one day stay.

All about the Vasundhara Inn is nice. Good location and peaceful environment.

A very good Vasundhara Inn to stay if you want calm place then this is the one, rooms and service are awesome, food is homely and too good. Budgeted Vasundhara Inn. Just opp to prantik railway station, communication is not at all a problem.

I checked in at 11:30am, then took an autorickshaw ride to nearby places i.e. Sonachuri, museum et and next day went to Bishwa Bharati university. Hotels staff were very kind and helpful. Room of the Vasundhara Inn was cleaned.
