VEEKAY LODGE

Actually it is a big property segregated as veekay lodge, veekay regency and veekay residency. Rooms are good and is located only 98 meters from the main entrance of yeswantpur railway station from platform 1 side. I am commenting on veekay lodge only and not the other two as i have not witnessed them. I have not got the wifi facility and no free pickup and drop facility from the lodge to station or vice versa, it actually does not exists. The staff behavior is not customer friendly and all the facilty like tv, shower, geyser and hygiene washroom you might not get. Before checking in please check all amenities by yourself or else you have to compromise. Each room will have something missing. House keeping and room service missing too. They are high on attitude.

Nice room, hygienic toilet. But that's all you get. No lift. Rooms are not cleaned daily, rather serviced every other day. 4-bed deluxe non ac rooms only have 1 ceiling fan over one bed, other bed is deprived, they don't provide additional pedestal fans. Bathrooms don't have hanger or towel rods. Service is slow, clumsy, unreliable and reluctant. Not available most of the time. No common toilet available outside the rooms for emergency purpose. Cockroach problem is persistent in every room. Dim inadequate lighting.

Please try to give preference to sr citizens on ground floor. Otherwise value for money. The VEEKAY LODGE was flexible on check in and check out timings. My room was on third floor. I am a senior citizen and since there was no lift it bothered me a little. But otherwise the stay was pleasant including services.

Our stay in the VEEKAY LODGE was of one day and it's very pleasant and silence also around my room. Room rent is also in the budget if you book online especially there company. The only problem of safe drinking water I felt there.

Value for money room. Single room but spacious one. Bathroom and room hygiene was ok. Rooms at third floor might be a problem for old age peoples. Otherwise it is good room, even for a family.

I reached late around 10. 30pm and was not checked for temperature and any other covid related checks. The staff behavior was good and cooperative. The rooms were ok not bad.

Rooms are comfortable to stay here and best thing is rooms are not congested. Rooms are many in number so you can take on any floor as you like.
