Very nice place to stay as with family or friends. Rooms and bathrooms were neat and good. It's very nice to stay in a water villa, we can enjoy the cool breeze and the place is very photogenic.

Stay was really good. Resort infrastructure was excellent. Improvements required on staff services, probably bit of professionalism is required. Night time movement of rats/cats on the roof tops observer leading to inconvenience, needs to be addressed and reported to manager. Overall enjoyed the stay with my family.

Very difficult to get a vehicle or taxi or anything to travel out of the Velankanni Lake Resort. No restaurants, no activity nearby the Velankanni Lake Resort. No wi-fi.
Hotel is located on a pond that is stinky, with multiple pests, animal feces, lizard droppings, and extremely unhygienic.

This place is away from the otherwise busy places in Velankani. It is quaint and quiet. Courteous staff and quality food. The cleanliness of the lake can be a better but overall clean place. Loved the stay here. If you are visiting the church this may be away but it's a peaceful place.

Very nice property, set amid-st a small water body. Even with minimal patronage because of restrictions they are maintaining good standards. Being away from the crowd gives it a peaceful atmosphere.
