Food was good. Hotel average.

This is not a full fledged hotel. It is a motel. Though the rooms have AC, bathroom, it gave more of a lodge feeling. Booked this seeing the high ratings and got fooled.

It is very nice. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Easy to access from college as well. The food in the restaurant is also very nice.

It was not mentioned that the lift is not there. Room is in the first floor but there is no lift. We had to carry our luggage by ourself and there was no room boy to help. Upon reaching the room, the desk and all were not cleaned. While checkout, they were asking for tips but still they were not helping to take our luggage to ground floor. Terrible experience. Not at all suitable for family and aged people

The hotel was an average stay place. There was no one in reception, but when called in the restaurant, someone came up immediately and responded… overall a decent budget hotel stay in that location. Food was good in the restaurant 🙂

The stay in vels were good. Had a pleasent stay, one one suggestion is that the they should have had room service for food and ac needs to be serviced. Otherwise everything was ok

Property close to hence chose to stay. However, facilities are very basic. Place is neat and clean

The location is near to MGM medical College pondy and room which they provided me was a small one. Pros-the linen and bed were average clean and adjustable for one night stay.good non veg food you will get down stairs Cons-The AC switch was having loose connection and I had to insert some paper along side to make it work.No cofee or tea available even down stairs in evening.No teapowder was available and had to ask them to provide.One of the window was open since the lock was broken or jammed and sound from outside was keep on disturbing the sleep especially when window is opening to the bar attached to the hotel. In bathroom they provided only small soap and two small shampoo satchet nothing else. for the room rent I am paying I have got better amenities in other hotels.rest room tap was loose and the stopper bush of the bathroom door had rusted nail which injured me instead of rubber or plastic stopper.the worst part is beside AC the wall is crumbling and full of fungus.I asked for change of room but the receptionist told this is the only room available.If you Don't have any other option and want to opt this hotel please don't take room number 106

Location good for mahathma santhi hospital, need to clean well. Average to stay, but booking fare is too high than other hotel.

Had traveled to pondy and stayed in veils residency. Good hospitality, easy and seamless check-in

not worthy of money, neither the stay was comfortable because no proper toiletry and facility was provided. no, rest was fine

We booked two adjacent s rooms, both rooms were clean and overall stay was good.

Everything was good no problems but hotel staffs are late they should keep more staffs

Nice place, good privacy i enjoyed my stay. Couldn't find the reception staff after 11pm. So even if u want water u r on your own

We need to follow up rigorously with hotel staff for facilities, like hot water, cleaning etc. No reception staff on first present at desk. We need to search them.

This is a very nice place to stay. Mr. Bhasha is very cooperative and ensures comfort of the guests. I wish the staff the very best for their future.
