Velvet County Resort and SPA

Went with friends for a quiet weekend. Rooms were spacious and clean. Air conditioner was working well but was not required because of the wonderful weather. Pros: All basic amenities were available in the rooms. Rooms overlook greenery and are well ventilated. Staff is courteous and polite. Walking track around the property is beautiful. Swimming pool is adequate and well maintained. Rooms are reasonably priced. spa is clean but a bit too technical. Nikhil on the spa has great hands for a massage. Cons: Used dishes outside the door weren't cleared till next morning. Though menu showed lot of cuisines, most of it wasn't available. Not many activities in the play area except TT and carrom. Spa can do with some decoration because the services are really good.

I traveled for a weekend out with my girlfriend and we had an absolute blast by the pool. The Velvet County Resort and SPA staff were very polite and cooperative the food delicious, the washrooms clean and the room exactly as advertised. It was quite surprising actually, given the number of reviews talking about the lack of hygiene in the room. The WiFi services could be greatly improved, but the reception desk was always ready to help and it wasn't a very big hassle having to manage the loss of connectivity. The Velvet County Resort and SPA is really easy to locate and strangely quite remote when it comes to network coverage (this we loved because we had actually come to get away from all our friends and family and work troubles, etc.).

We stayed here for 2 days, 2 nights and for sure our stay was very pleasant. Resort is surrounded by lush green. In morning you feel get to breathe fresh air. I actually felt freshness in air. Location is slightly interior but that makes it quite and calm. Food was amazing. Paid breakfast, i felt they had less options. Better order from menu. Taste is really nice. Amenities is honestly degraded and not at all maintained. They really need to work on indoor games section. Swimming pool was near and clean. Important thing is road to their entrance is very bad. Overall our stay ( me, wife and 6 year old kid) was very pleasant and calm.

Pros excellent location, complete piece of mind, very good staff, spacious and lavish rooms. Spa service is good, food is bit costly but good quality, room with balcony and valley view awesome. Cons- swimming pool was not clean, in spa steam facility was not there, away from city so if you want to visit different places then 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler is must. Overall great experience. I love to visit again.

I am very happy with my stay for the price I paid, amazing! the room was damn spacious we had our balcony. staff Is amazing. I'm falling short of words to compliment them. food is good. it's worth all the travel.. i had a good time! only set back was having red ants crawling in my bed and the balcony. but the balcony issue was instantly attended to. I'm overall happy. 😊

If you want to disconnect from city life this place is for you. Rooms are spacious with open terrace deluxe/super deluxe. Food is mouthwatering not just for taste but for quantity. There are enough inside games with big size swimming pool. Service up to the expectations. People are very kind and supportive well professional. Suggestion keep property always maintained.

A memory to cherish! what was supposed to be spontaneous family trip on my birthday turned into a beautiful experience. Stay was amazing and the food deserves a special mention. Chef amit is amazing and gave us a beautiful culinary experience. Location is right in mid of khandala and very cozy bungalows. Polite and humble staff as well. Thank you team velvet county!

little interior from lonavala but if u have pvt vehicle no worries. A great spacious property. Supportive staff members. electric connection needs attention as tripped few times n one💡just can't be off! Staff had to finally wrap this up. lastly it's kid friendly we requested special food for my kid n rhey have served great. Overall a very good stay ll come again.

Reasonable property at good rate. Though good location but spread over large area which makes it slightly difficult to reach often. Swimming pool, dining hall and rooms are at distant. No lift, limited breakfast, rooms look old but at a low price it doesn't hurt.
