I would rate the staff as super friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Staff in Venice Iva Residency were very friendly and helped us with all queries especially the lady in the reception. The Venice Iva Residency is located in a one lane inside from the busy main road, and has good parking space. There is also an auto stand right in front of the Venice Iva Residency gate, so for people without own vehicle this is a blessing. Your commute is always sorted with autos in Kerala having a normalized fare always and not charging anything based on time or peak or idle tourist season. Hotel had good dinner options, but breakfast and lunch was limited or not available during all days and good to check everyday if they serve breakfast or lunch.

The service at venice iva residency was amazing, all the staff were very kind and welcoming. I stayed here for one night. The room is neat clean. They provide all bathroom accessories overall good location, close by to the main market. In the last but not list they know how to keep their clients happy. I have received a gift.

The property was in very prime place with access to all places. The receptionist gave a wonderful experience with personal touch in interactions. Trying their food is must as it’s something exceptional. We walked down especially to thank and appreciate the cook it’s again exceptional. Must stay

It was good experience staying here. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly too. Good location, veg restaurants are at walking distance. You can take the shikara ride from 2 min walking distance.
