Title: a wonderful stay at i recently had the pleasure of staying at and i must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment i stepped into the lobby, i was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for the entirety of my stay. The check-in process was seamless, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate my requests. The room itself was immaculate, with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance that made me feel right at home. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the room, from the plush bedding to the sleek bathroom fixtures. Throughout my stay, i was consistently impressed by the level of service provided by the Venky Residency staff. Whether it was arranging transportation, offering dining recommendations, or simply ensuring that i had everything i needed, they were always attentive and gracious. The Venky Residency's facilities were also top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, relaxing spa, and inviting pool area. I particularly enjoyed unwinding in the evenings at the Venky Residency's restaurant, where the food was delicious and the atmosphere was delightful. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Venky Residency. Everything about the Venky Residency was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Positives : 1. Clean rooms with good ac 2. Well maintained bathroom with hot and cold water. 3. Bed was soft. There were enough lights. 4. Ordered burger which tasted good. 5. Hotel is very near to main road, bus stops. Negatives: 1. In-spite of requesting early checkin at 9am, staff initially denied when reached at 10am but when i returned at 11am after my breakfast, i was allowed to checkin. 2. Water heat kettel at room wasnt working

it's my 7th time staying experience in venky residence 😍. I madly love with each and every thing in venky. the way of receiving the customer, their service, the ambiance , expecialy food... 😋. the rooms are very spacious and peaceful. thier provides all the basic facilities like bed, AC, Fridge, locker, wardrobe, tv....... etc Iam sure that.. it is the best place to spend a quality time with your loved ones.. ❤️

Room was decent enough, but we booked for 3people before check in i called them and asked as they are providing extra bed or not. The staff mentioned they will provide extra bed later in on extra bed was given and we requested for a pillow as there are 2 only provided, but no house keeping people responded we asked in reception too but no response and that night went like that poor room service

The Venky Residency itself was good. We went a bit late but still they kept the restaurant open for us and the staff was friendly and helpful. But there was cigarette stench in the rooms and corridors. The buffet breakfast could have been much better, and breakfast service could have been faster. Overall i recommend for a one night stay.

The stay was good, the food recipes and complimentary breakfast was also good. Staff at reception like venky, prakash were cordial and helpful. Certainly, this is possible with the good directions om hospitality, customer service which the manager mr dora has extended with best of courtesy. Keep it up. Arun bhapkar, pune

Hotel was in exact location where i have work and we find amenities and Venky Residency services good check in check out is speed and break fast complementary buffet can be a bit better

Room, bed and bath rooms was not upto the mark, but the food im the restaurant was really very good.

Hotel really looks good with decent staff and well maintenance. Breakfast taste good. I would recommend at affordable price.

The property is good. The rooms are clean and well maintained. In one of the room the ac was not working properly and in other room there was a sound coming from the centralised ac.
