Before you book, please remember that venues holiday inn is a homestay. Somehow, i missed that before booking but it didn't really matter that much. Venues holiday inn is budget friendly and the best place to stay in ooty. It is located in a prime destination near hospital and police station. So, one can guarantee the safety. Even though there are negative reviews regarding the cleanliness of the property, i found it neat and clean. With a 100m walk, you can reach restaurants and bakeries for your delights. There are facilities for cooking along with hot and cold filtered water. The staff helped us to book a cab for sightseeing which was also budget friendly. If and when i am coming back to ooty again, i am opting for venues holiday inn without any further doubt.

was good.. geezer wasn't working for a night ...but after it was repaired... he said wil provide towel and toiletry but didn't... didn't even got wifi...we got underground room which wasn't tht good but the room service provided daily was great .....assistant who wil take the duty at night nearly broke the room door by his wild knocking at 11pm suddenly we were stunned .... later he said he didn't knw we were checked-in....again next day same person suddnly opend our door without knocking or calling us... whn we asked u shld have knock he started arguing like anythg ....these were small inconvenience we faced here ....according to budget ... walkable distance to busstand.. we liked it

We stayed for three days from 7th to 10th nova 2023 in venues homestay in ooty. The room supervisor boominadhan deva helped us a lot. Neat and clean rooms. For two persons the room is very comfortable. We 4 people two families occupied two rooms. Within 500 m all the things available. Clean bathrooms and towels. He helped in arranging ooty to pykara and coonoor tour package by car. Tv and hot water available. Soaps are given. Because this is ooty no fans and ac in rooms. Actually they are not required. Complete money worth. Full security. Hot drinking water is also provided. I recommend this Venus Holiday Home | Rooms in a Homestay to families.

The stay was up to the expected. It was comfortable and quiet nearby places to visit in. Only thing is you will get hot water in the morning that too at particular timings. Remaining everything is fine. Nearby Venus Holiday Home | Rooms in a Homestays and stationery shops everything was available. Overall a good place to stay with friends and family.

Room was neat and tidy. Co-loured clothes were used for bed instead of white colour. Bath towels, soap etc were not provided. Staffs were very co operative. Hot water was provided during morning only. Almost all channels, including pay channels were available in tv. Overall stay was very pleasant.

Pros: 1) good interiors 2) in the heart of the city 3) affordable cost 4) provided extra bed 5) staff listen to our complaints cons: 1) got bad smell in the bathroom when we enter ( but they fixed it when we complained ) 2) its non ac, if there were ac, which will be good

It was a nice and smooth stay experience, the rooms are well clean and higenic, water supply are decent, they have hot waters available but for few rooms they have solar water heater which gives timely hot water mainly day time. Over all its a awesome place go for it.

In the middle of the town. This type of deluxe room with less cost is incredible. They host us in a good manner and gave a room for freshup with free of cost. I am giving a 5 Star review for this Venus Cottage 🌈🌝

The stay was decent. People were good. Just faced issue for hot water. I had a good experience overall
