Verandah - A Beautiful Story, Near Anjuna Beach

In terms of location the property is located 10 mins drive from the anjuna beach and all the prominent cafes,bars & the clubs (night life). I would say it’s in the centre and still away from the hustle bustle over the weekends in goa. The hotel offers large size rooms. The staff are very welcoming and service standards are as per the rating of the hotel... I would definitely choose this property to stay again on my next visit to goa..

Stay from 11th to 14th Nov 2025. What I liked - good rooms, staff is very helpful and cordial, food quality and service is good, location is good. What I didn’t like - WiFi didn’t work for all the 4 days, parking js 100 mts away, very limited food menu, sandwich grill and tandoor were out of service, no one came to clean the room unless called for

My recent stay at Verandah in Anjuna, North Goa was a mix of comfort, charm, and café-hopping fun. Nestled in a peaceful, slightly interior location, Verandah offers a beautiful escape from the usual chaos, while still keeping you close (about 10 mins by drive) to the beaches and some of the most aesthetic cafes around. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the basic amenities. I especially loved the little balcony overlooking greenery — perfect for morning tea or a quiet read. While we initially faced issues like a leaking AC in one room and a non-functional TV in another, the staff was extremely prompt and accommodating, helping us shift rooms smoothly. Their helpful and always-available attitude made a big difference. The ambience is cozy and calming, and there's a lovely little space by the pool where you can enjoy your meals. It’s ideal for travelers who enjoy a more laid-back and boutique stay. A few things to note: Their in-house kitchen shuts by 10 PM, so make sure to place your dinner orders in time. Breakfast starts a bit late (post 9:30 AM), so early risers might find that inconvenient. Despite these minor issues, I’d definitely recommend Verandah for its serene location, helpful staff, and proximity to some amazing cafes. My friend who earlier stayed at Verandah recommended this hotel to me. The hotel is neat and clean. Rooms give a premium feel. Food and drinks are excellent in taste and quantity. It is absolute value for money. I strongly recommend this place.

Rooms were gud. hotel location was perfect, easy to commute to various beaches. Rooms had it's own flaws , I had to change 2 rooms due to various reasons, no room key provided, the fan was not working, and I got a torn bath towel. Amenities were ok ok. complementary breakfast is only served after 9 AM. if you have any plans early in d morning you have to miss the breakfast at the hotel. even if u request at 8, I get nothing but sandwich. I even informed the staff in prior nite that I am gonna do early checkout in the morning and serve me atleast few items from the menu. they refused saying food is available only by 9. overall my stay was ok. staff were gud and they were helpful all the time.

Verandah Was a good experience. Property is neat, friendly staff, everything in pictures were exactly the same, well located, had a peaceful short stay here. Missed Goan Dishes on the menu.
