very good stay at this room area

Location of property is good but rooms conditions is not at par..

Reached location late night around 2 am & it was raining heavily. Rabindra bhai was awake, & properly guided as available on phone from airport to destination & put ac on on mode make me feel like care at home. Thank you

It is not as shown .. they loot people. there is no staff available to guide ..

Room and no privacy photo and actual room and area is not matching leave the room immediately after check in it was really terrible experience

She shifted me to other companies flat that she had tie up with. It was a different location near by highways in bandra teachers colony. She didn’t pick up my call. Working. Caretaker was very rough with language. Feels uncomfortable. He was very arrogant

Good room. Balcony was the best with view. Mosquito problem was there, so i have to buy hit. No problem another. Located at center of airport and beech

Yes i am interested. Which room was booked by you, in out of that’s room two lab-our type person were sleeping from which we feel unsecured.

It is good stay but location is not good

The location is very central from airport and bkc. Location of property is on the main road but not the best. Road construction is going on around. The garbage truck used to stop right in front of the road which wasn’t much favourable. I didn’t eat food here. There was no extra key for entering the apartment so had to call the caretaker each time. The caretaker was very cooperative and kept my room clean. Fresh sheets, clean toilet and fresh towels were available. The quality of towels weren’t good. Every time u would wipe your hands, it would leave some part of the fabric. I didn’t want to disturb the caretaker late into the night to open the door. It could have been resolved with an extra key. There’s a watchman at all times in the building. It’s a residential building. Corridors and left were so clean.

Worth staying with family food is superb, staff is so polite and overall a memorable stay thanks makemytrip for booking this hotel and supporting travellers

Veridical was not a hotel, it was just a flat with 2 rooms. When i reached there was no room for me and i had to look out for another hotel. I tried speaking to the lady in-charge but she cut my call in the middle of our conversation and does not want to give me a refund. I'm very disappointed. I want a full refund. First and foremost, it was difficult to locate the place, i waited so long at the door and there was no one to open the door, was shocked to know that it was a flat and it's two rooms used as a hotel room. Disgraceful and not worth for the price. Since i was not provided a room, i demand a full refund.

Property owner has accepted additional bookings and did not bother to even notify me. When i arrived at designated location after almost an hour they have allocated another location. Although provided location was good. The attitude of carelessness is clearly visible with the property owner.

Average stay- though value for money considering the location. The room was small compared to similar serviced apartments i have stayed previously nearby. It is okay for 1 person, but would be cramped for double occupancy. There is no double bed- they have kept 2 single beds joined together, so it is not comfortable if you are staying alone and want to have a proper double bed. The bathroom door didn’t have a lock
